    Great video! I loved @RhinoOffroad's experiment. I think it would be interesting to see that repeated in a non-canvas tent, since the canvas iKampers may be a lot more breathable. Unfortunately the biggest risk seems to be fire - I personally know two people who burned their tents down with theirs, so I'm glad Kevin doesn't use it unattended!

      Appreciate you being a part Rob. Yes, Kevin’s experiment was very informative. I learned a lot. Not trading my diesel heater though.

    Good reviews, needing to get power next so I can run a diesel heater and get out more in the winter.

    • @BakerOverland
      @BakerOverland  10 месяцев назад

      Lots of good options out there for power. Do you want to go 12v car battery or something more built like a jackery?

    • @ZenOverlanding
      @ZenOverlanding 10 месяцев назад

      @@BakerOverland honestly thinking both. 12v to power fridge external options and maybe a bluettie or jacket station to keep things charge and have as a back up source. Also I like your solar hood panel idea to regenerate power, might look into that as well and even benefit from the hood glare.

    • @BakerOverland
      @BakerOverland  10 месяцев назад +1

      @@ZenOverlanding it helped with the glare a ton. I was actually surprised how much better it got. But yeah sounds like you have a pretty solid plan. I dig it.
