Have you ever wanted to test an ATV tire? I’m thinking of buying the Interco Swamp Lite ATV tire for my 2020 Outlander 1000r Max XT. As far as I can find, no one has done a true professional test of these tires. Not Dirt Trax, not ATVTV, not even Chaparral Motorsports.
I recently switched from the Scepter water cans to two 10-gallon water bladders. I can place them on the floor of my back seat and fill them up without spilling, they fill up to use all that awkwardly shaped space and it keeps the weight of my water low and center in the vehicle. To use the water, I just open the door and flop the little hose outside and open the valve on the end, it gravity-feeds with great flow. I went with two 10-gallon potable water bags "Jenlis Ivy Bag" They are about $100 each, but a 5-gallon Scepter can is usually $65-$75 each - so the price-per-gallon of storage is better. Plus, the bags fit in more places than a rigid can (and they get smaller as you use them)
The Fanntik X9 is way better than I expected. Its a tad loud, but so easy to use even my teenage daughter had no trouble at all with her tires. The memory slots for PSI - very handy. Its small and light, and I happily tossed out my old pump, what a great upgrade.
@OutdoorAuto I concur with the above comment. I, too, am just getting started in Overlanding. My rig is getting ready to go in the shop pronto and this video with Amazon purchases you actually use is a great help. Love all you videos. Keep em coming!
Would love an Amazon prime list from stock car through to trail ready car, in list of importance. So starting with tire deflators and finishing with a lift kit or something like that. It can all be theoretical but it would be cool to see what stuff you would prioritize in chronological order
Best deal I saw was on the Mechanix gloves! Mechanix Wear: Durahide Leather FastFit Work Glove with Elastic Cuff for Secure Fit, Utility Gloves for Multi-Purpose Use, Abrasion Resistant, Safety Gloves for Men
Might you consider doing a video about portable air compressors? I've always installed an ARB single or dual compressor but as I've grown older, I'm less interested in intense off roading and don't find myself airing down as frequently. In my next vehicle, I might just consider one of those portable battery powered (or DC) portable compressors but I've always been worried about their ability to air up larger tires and be reliable. If you have some experience you can share, it would be appreciated.
I have the exact same model battery powered air compressor he talked about in this video for use in my Tacoma. I actually bought it after watching a different video of his. It’s awesome for the most part but I haven’t found the battery life to be as good as he claims. Maybe he’s using it for smaller volumes of air but for me and my 33’s airing up from 16 psi to 40 it takes roughly 3/4th of the battery. Other draw back was it got hot enough where it wouldn’t charge until about an hour later. If you’re not airing down as low or just want to top up tires I’m sure it would last a lot longer. Overall I’m happy with it but I may end up going with a viair style that just clamps onto the battery for peace of mind. They’re rated for 100% duty cycle which is nice. Not to mention they’re cheaper as well.
I finally spent the money and got a big VIAIR and wired it in the back where it's away from heat... It will take 37's from 15-40psi real fast, not cheep but nice..
Love this video. Gives me ideas for things I should pick up and lets me know if they're on sale (as of the video) or not. Also, there's a space in the link for the tire deflators between the z and the n in amzn so it doesn't currently work.
Curious if you have ever used the Milwaukee m18 tire inflator and if you think that would work well out on the trail. I have tons of those batteries and it seems like a nice portable option to inflate your tire after airing down? Great video by the way, keep up content like this. It is super helpful
Great ideas! I've been looking at an Auxbeam switch myself. I'l looking at adding a few lights to my Outback Wilderness. My concern is that I have a limited space to squeeze a cable through the firewall, I don't see being able to add another cable for each thing I want to use the switch panel for. All I can think of is to find something like a 10-16 conductor cable cable through and terminate everything to each end of the cable, lights or whatever in the engine bay and the switch panel to the other end. Does that sound reasonable?
Great video. Unfortunately, I could not get the word more to open up the rest of your list in the description page as it kept going to EcoFlow Delta two page. Hopefully it was just me with my fat fingers, but I tried a dozen times and gave up
This is a cry for help. Can you make a video debunking or proving the BFG KO2s “run smaller” than other tire brands in the same sizes. I’ve seen this parroted for 10 years now but have never seen hard proof. If your able to id love to see a comparison of the same sized bfgs compared to other tire brands. Thanks!
Tire "actual size" is super annoying topic because the actual biggest variable is your Wheel exact measurements and your PSI... IF you measure 10 different brands 17X9 wheel you will get 10 different measurements and that ultimately affects how your tire measures... It would actually be a good video... most people just don't understand that their are two other variables and a tire is only supposed to measure an exact size if it is on a wheel that is exact and an exact PSI... which is usually a higher PSI then most Off-roaders run tires.
What's the best Off-Road related deal you found for Prime Day?

Great idea, I'll be making the switch. Water cans are always such a pain in the buns, I won't be missing them.
half of this thing on your list is either I already bought it or on my watchlist on my cart, lol. cool video.

You are right, it is loud… but that thing is so handy… use mine all the time.
This was great! Thank you
Very useful video, mostly for people like me that I'm starting in this overlanding world, and as a beginner every advise is welcomed !
Awesome, Overlanding is an awesome hobby... just don't let getting perfect gear stand in the way of going on trips.

Love the efficiency of the video, hate watching for 30 minutes on videos that beat a dead horse
Good stuff and comprehensive range of gear.

oooo - Awesome I need some gloves... I am going to check that out.
The inclination , speedometer, altimeter GPS thing sounds cool. Hope to see how well or not well it works.
I make custom mounts to put that gauge into different vehicles, they are great
We need to hang out… if you are ever free you should come to the shop. Hit me up on Instagram
Great content as usual - appreciate your insight since you actually use the gear!! Cant wait for the next wheeling video - keep up the great work!!
Keep making these videos. Big help. Thx
These videos are very helpful. Thanks.
Great videos these are super useful!

Glad you like them!

yes, keep making the Amazon videos. I really enjoy them.
That flannel is sick!
Great video & Nice finds on Amazon.
Thanks… hopefully it was helpful in some way… thanks for watching 🙏
Loved it! Got a few items from it. Thank you!
Iceco link goes to the yesper jumper. I need a fridge.
oops... I will fix that...

Like 999, evil when I do handstands 😂
Nice review of products.
We would love to connect and send you one of our offroad recovery kits to try out and give an honest review!
Great stuff!
The door behind you opens the wrong way and it’s killing me
Ha… good catch… it is kinda a pain the way it is.

We just had one of those added to to the shop tools... I am going to check it out... I am curious about its speed and how many tires per battery...

MSR pan scrubber - bought! 🙂
That thing is so cheap and small but makes such a big difference.
Damn you and your awesome reviews Nate!!!! How am I supposed to get them new shoes now.

Hmmm , I’ll double check links when I get home…
I do like the AP videos 👍 but I like most of your videos 😂
The tire deflator and fridge links don't work, definitely things I'm interested in though!
Can buy any of this because I'm about to throw down for a set of tires.
I get that… tires are crazy expensive now days. I bought cars for less when I was a teenager
$550 for a tool bag is steap. I've built quailty off-road tool kits for half of that. The rest of the stuff seemed to be formitable.
Agree! This is insane. Harbor freight is your friend. Most people never use their tools
Where is the Sunday video mentioned?
Good stuff
Thanks... hope it was helpful.
