i have the same mobo as this , but when i press DEL or ESC to enter bios setup it freeze on motherboard logo , i bought it new few days ago , and i cant enter bios to change 2100 to 3200mhz , ram is G.Skill Ripjaws 16c 3200mhz

Some of those was market for high ram clock speed which is 3200mhz - 3600mhz - 4000mhz these speeds are OC so if your ram that you have marketed or sell as one of those speed then check if it is a XMP on it then you'll get those settings you just need to chose the profile on your bios 👌
Gigabyte B650 X, amd ryzen 7 7800x3d, corsair vengeance 64gb ram (4 x 16gb), 4070 founders edition don't believe that matters in this case. Apparently AM5 stuff has this problem. If i try to put it manually, the pc stop giving signal and i have to take my gpu and take the battery of the motherboard to work again, i’m checking the “max capacity” the motherboard should work with the ram and its at 54mhz but i can’t get that, someone can help me with a comment?

I checked my motherboard and what it’s compatible with. Was going to do the 7200hz Corsairs, grabbed a pair of 6000hz just to run it until those came in. Updated my bios and tried XMP. It depends on your ram if it has a Intel/AMD XMP profile on it.
Some of those was market for high ram clock speed which is 3200mhz - 3600mhz - 4000mhz these speeds are OC so if your ram that you have marketed or sell as one of those speed then check if it is a XMP on it then you'll get those settings you just need to chose the profile on your bios 👌

The issue is of memory ranks in 4x2R it runs at 3600mhz, for 5200mhz you would need 2x2R (try dual channel).

No, i just changed the xmp profile which sets everything automatically and maximizes clock speed.
Don’t change the voltage setting. Your cpu could get destroyed
