This is the most thorough video on the machine. NO ONE ELSR has included practical information such as the length, width and height of it. Or the thickness the clamp allows. OR how the pasta sheet can be up to 6 inches in width. Thank you! I will say that I don't like that one has to buy an attachment to make the most common pasta such as spaghetti. I don't anyone who makes taglioni or fettuccine as their first choice. I'm including my trips to Italy.
Thank you I bought the marcato 150 and it has the ravioli attachment but I can’t get it off, I have searched so many videos your is the only one showing how to get off. My attachment is so tight. I’ll keep trying. I want to make ravioli!
EVERY parent needs this. Children absolutely ❤️ pasta endlessly. I purchased 30-40 boxes of pasta each month bc that’s all my 5 yo likes. To make my own pasta, 😯 that’s a #GameChanger
30 to 40 boxes? That's expensive! Wow... don't worry. I've got you 💪🏿You'll be a pro pasta maker very soon. FYI, fresh pasta is on a totally different level 😋 👌🏿
I actually have one but never used it. I'm looking forward to seeing your tutorial so it can finally be put to use. BTW has anyone told you lately how much we appreciate you 🤗
Not yet! Lol... just kidding. A lot of people have mentioned it a lot of times and they still do mention it. I'm really happy to hear how much this work is appreciated. I appreciate each and every one of you too. You're all the reason this is even remotely possible, so thank you all!
@@Grubanny I will because of you I learn to cook. Was never taught and I do not want to disclose my age because I am embarrassed but I thank you for your videos.
It's okay. Cooking is a survival skill that can be learnt at any age. No need to be embarrassed at all. You're definitely great at other things, so it evens out 💪🏿

Thank you! Yup, I hope it's no longer as intimidating as it seemed. Fresh pasta is up next. I'll make an easy dinner recipe with it too.
