It does huhuh but if this is like the second to the last song in this album, are they still gonna have like another songs after this album sorry I just can't understand it :(
Jae said everyone will cry 😭😭😭 I'm sure we all will because it's been a crazy journey throughout the EveryDay6 Project and I just wonder how 2018 will be. I'm so proud of all their achievements this year, being able to put out 2 songs a month is an achievement in itself and I'm glad they can finally take a break after working so hard. But at the same time, I will miss them a lot too. December concert will definitely be a crying mess hahaha
I love how the song just sounds so hopeful I always hope for them to do some I Wait/ How Can I Say kinda stuff This song is something I didn't know I wanted but it's something I needed
The whole "mental gymnastics" which a lot of multi-language speaking people go through when translating or when doing more complex multi-tasking like you are in this reaction has always intrigued me. One reason, for the intrigue, is I have never been fluent in more than one language. I have been partially able to communicate in several languages. The other major reason for my intrigue is I have visited around 90 countries. (~60 for weeks and ~25 for months at a time). I have met and talked to dozens of people that speak more than a couple of languages about this subject sometimes very in-depth. Especially my step-mom who has be fluent to very fluent in anywhere from 5 to 8 languages most of her life. I find it so interesting how people internally translate, understand more subtle or complex concepts and which language they dream in etc... For instance my step-mom, for most of her life, has predominantly dreamt, made sense of complex ideas in her native Swiss-German or English. If she is speaking French she will often "think" in Swiss-German for complicated ideas. Whereas when using Spanish or Italian she will refer to English. For her, a lot of which languages "go-together" is based of when she learned them . As in, she learned English and Swedish one after the other so they go together. However when she tried to understand complicated ideas in Swedish she actually went to English then to Swiss German!Interestingly she learned Cantonese in her late 40's then Standard Chinese (Mandarin) in her 60's. She found the Chinese languages very difficult not only because they are; she was also, especially in the case of learning Mandarin, older and had not recently learned a new language . She struggled for a long time because she couldn't make an association in her head to another language in order to understand more complex ideas. I mean she was pretty damn good but her standards for being fluent in a language are very high. She eventually became highly fluent and "thought" in Mandarin, independent of another language, by living in Singapore for about 3 years while in her early 80's.Quite the rant, which no one will read! And yes I have no life!!
The mental process of knowing and actually using multiple languages always surprise me and I'm fluent in a second language (English. Spanish is my first). I'm learning Korean and the word association is something that always surprise me in the best of the ways. Sometimes I associate Korean with Spanish (my first language) but most of the time I associate it with English. Is a really weird and beautiful brain work. Also, sometimes English thoughts or words come out of nowhere and my family think I'm weird hahaha. (if my writing is somewhere wrong is because my English is better when I speak it xD).
The tambourine and xylophone gave me christmas-y feels. And I love how you pointed the lyrics being angsty yet the melody has a pretty nice chill vibe. XD
Definitely has a Beatles feel, the music video also kind of reminded me of Across the Universe- the scenes where Jude is reminiscing about his memories with Lucy. The b-side song, "pouring" is really interesting- a very different musical feel.
Form of Therapy Also, to clarify, in case you have no idea what I'm talking about: Across the Universe is a Beatle's inspired movie (hence the name), which basically tries to string their songs into a story line- so the two main characters in the movie are named Jude and Lucy. Parts of it are really great but after like halfway through the movie it starts to get really trippy and then it's just genuinely weird. But, the part the song reminds me of really portrays that rainy Beatles feel + it has that whole bittersweet memory thing going on.
When I finish a long day.. when I drive alone.. when I face all the difficult things and no one by my side... This song.. All Alone.. just hit my heart.. I listen and I cry.. Even I know I have to solve the difficult by myself, but I still hope someone comes in my my life and save me....
i need somebody and all alone are both very angsty but i relate to all alone so much more.. i agree about the nostalgic vibe to the song, like you can almost feel and touch that warmth and it kinda does feel like you know what you wanted, you know what's missing. past months had been really exhausting for me, my boyfriend is having his bday thousand miles away today and damn do i miss him.. i cried the first time listening to all alone, day6 lowkey made this song for me sigh
I've never had a song that understood my situation perfectly(loneliness is something that I kind of struggle with). I didn't even think it would be possible for something like this to exist. Love the song but damn...does it make me cry.
While i was watching him react I was like "Yas!" "Yaasss!" "YAAAASSSSSS!" all the Feels that I felt while listening to "All alone" are the same with what Jay is talking about. The song is soooooo good! STAN TALENT! STAN DAY6!
This is so depressing , but when he said that the december concert was going to make everyone cry did anyone else's mind kinda jump right to Day6 disbanding ??? Idek why mine did tbh like I dont want them to disband but it almost seems to fit with the scenario like its the end of the year, last concert of the year, last comeback of the year, last day6 song of the year and idk now im emo bc i just had to think that
I think day6 really thought about this, in I need somebody because the song was more strong, I think that the feeling they wanted to convey was the anger and the hurt of being alone, whereas here they kind of "accepted" that feeling, although that doesn't mean they're not sad about it
The song caught me SO off-guard in the best way--though I don't know how exactly when it seems like the songs in past couple of months have been slowly peeling back in a way. The harmonies are SO beautiful, though. with the kind of hollow acoustic sound that the rest of the song has, it reminded me somewhat of 'Helplessly Hoping' by Crosby, Stills and Nash
"Looking at the same night sky" I think it means like, that one person that we wish we could be with and love is maybe looking at the same night sky like him? I don't know that's my opinion
same i feel u, i'm pretty sad because its not the continuation of the mv trilogy, i wanna know what happen after sungjin confessed, like, i'm curious as hell omg. also, by the way did jae tell u that december concert is christmas concept? cuz if yes, then u just indirectly giving mydays spoiler about it. i really like your videos btw
Hello PD. Wanted to know if you have heard any of Zion T's music? If you have not and if you are interested in doing so, can you react to 'Eat' by Zion T or his live performance on Infinite Challenge, 'Holding the end of this night'?
Since I am asexsual I can never relate to DAY6 lyrics since most of their songs are about romantic love/break up... but I still absolutly love their songs ❤
Young K watching the video: "Sungjin he talked about your voice again"
"the lyrics are very depressing" boi day6 had me crying 15 mins before school started
That moment when he said second to last song of day6 for this year kind of made tear up a little TT
he just hit us with the reality
It does huhuh but if this is like the second to the last song in this album, are they still gonna have like another songs after this album sorry I just can't understand it :(

Eli Not Brian That would be really awesome.
I love how the song just sounds so hopeful
I always hope for them to do some I Wait/ How Can I Say kinda stuff
This song is something I didn't know I wanted but it's something I needed

Well I thought it was great to read; really caught my attention

Also, it was a good story to read about xD
Siri Ah thanks I was just "downing myself" I didn't mean my last comments to reflect on anyone who read my comment!
Angela Correa: Thanks. You expressed yourself in a way I understood you fine. Good luck with learning Korean!
The tambourine and xylophone gave me christmas-y feels. And I love how you pointed the lyrics being angsty yet the melody has a pretty nice chill vibe. XD
I never can't really totally appreciate a MV, even if it's a Day6 MV, before PD tell how beautiful and well release it is 😮💛
the b-side track is very suitable for enjoying an anime

+ctacb27 oh wow Beatles is a great comparison

Wow , Young K is ideal. Day6 has taken us on a journey this whole year. What a great tactic. I'm excited to see what they have in store for us
