    I'm newer to crochet, and this looks so attainable. I haven't tackled a beanie yet, and this looks like a great place to start.

      It really is! Once you get the hang of basic chains and stitches, you can get a really decent hat!

    You are amazing. I definitely don’t think the average person can make a beanie near as quick as you do. I think you go pretty fast giving us the instructions. I usually watch your tutorial all the way through and then try to write it down. I sure wish you lived next-door because I’m 73 and I always need some help. Thank you honey.

    $3! 😱 That’s amazing! I live in uk and if you bought that style beanie in in a uk shop like Fatface for example, it would cost £15 at least! That’s about $18. Thank you so much for this tutorial 😘🇬🇧

    I am usually ok with your tutorial and explanation, but this one lost me after you started to decrease. It would have been very helpful if you had stated how many stitches you had on the last round before you started decreasing, and how many stitches you had after every decrease round. I am quite an experienced chrocheter, but this had me very confused, mainly due to not knowing how many stitches there were after every decrease round.

    That's not a v-stitch though. V-stitch is DC, CH2, DC in the same stitch

    • @CrochetWithTiffany
      @CrochetWithTiffany  Год назад +1

      Actually there are a couple different ways to make a V-stitch. This being one of them. Another with 1 chain between the two Dc stitches and the one you mentioned with 2 chains between the Dc stitches. 😊. I actually did not make up this stitch. It was in 2 stitch books I own.

    You're going to fast for me in round 9. I keep playing it back but still not sure what you mean by crotchet 6...

    • @CrochetWithTiffany
      @CrochetWithTiffany  6 месяцев назад +1

      Hi Gina, I think I can help in a couple different ways. Did you know that you can actually control the speed of my video? In fact, you can control the speed of ANY RUclips video by going to the settings of the video, clicking playback speed and then slowing it down.
      The directions for this beanie can be very easy to miss. For this reason I took the time to create a diagram for the pattern showing people each row and where to put stitches. I highly encourage you to get the pattern. Here's a link to it: www.crochetwithtiffany.com/product-page/woodland-beanie.
      Let me try to break down row 9 for you. Row 9: chain 2, double crochet inside the first V stitch, double crochet inside the second V stitch, then make one V inside the next 6 V stitches. Repeat.
      I hope this helps. 😊

      @pjscelfo916 Год назад +3

      You can slow down the video by clicking in the settings button & changing the play back speed. I hope this helps you.
