Thanks for all you do. I'm disabled, and have lots of hours to fill every day, so I make a couple hundred hats for charity a year, and I quickly got tired of trying to make my own patterns (I get bored easily, and don't like making the same thing ). I'm so thankful for people like you who do all the work to give these wonderful patterns to us for free. Even though I've been crocheting for many years, I also appreciate how easy you make things so that new crocheters can feel that sense of accomplishment when they learn a new stitch.
This is absolutely beautiful and you are an EXCELLENT teacher! Nice and slow, but not too slow… excellent closeup views… you weren’t all “look how fast I can crochet”…. Great pattern! I look forward to watching some more after I master this hat ❤️ THANK YOU 😊
I tend to have have a looser tension. I guess I also have a smaller head. I think I'll make another one with 68 stitches rather than 72 and I also will decrease the height of the front post back post alternating rounds by one row each. The way this original pattern worked for me, it gave me a more slouchy hat (which is still gorgeous) but I also want a fitted one. This pattern took me 3 hours. Boy was the ninth stich on the back loop slip stitch a killer! I just couldn't put it down once I started, it was really fun. Thanks for the tutorial.
I love how you really took your time and explained everything in detail. This will be my first time, making a hat, and I can confidently say that I will be successful having watched your video… Thank you so much.😊😊
Ive just made this in a cream with brown and black flecked aran, its come out absolutely stunning, I was going to make it for my sister but Ive decided I love it too much. Such a brilliantly clear tutorial and a super easy hat that looks complicated but just isn't. Love it. Thankyou for this one.
Wow! I'm done. It's gorgeous. I used Big Twist gentle, bulky yarn. Color (AQUAMARINE). Now all I need is a little lipstick and I'll go pant the town turquoise
I have been crocheting for years , self taught and to learn the three 3 stitches, Thank you so much, Never ever have i seen this, Im making your beanie, and i love the way its coming out . Thank You so Much
I finished your hat last night and I love it, another one started, can’t have just one, need one for every coat , lol Very Simple !!!!! Thank You And God Bless, For Sharing Your Pattern. I thought in video you said 18 inches, but it fits Great
So I made this hat and finished it this morning, and I love it. I made it in a peppermint green transitioning color and it will be a Christmas gift. Thank you for this tutorial and this wonderful pattern!
Just finished this wonderful hat pattern in Lionbrand Mandala ombre in the color called cool. Different ranges from black to light grey. Awesome pattern and such wonderful directions. Thank you for this and all you do. Long time follower and still watching, reading and learning. Fun yet challenging pattern. I love it❤
Thank you for the easy to follow tutorial. I have been crocheting pretty regularly for the past few years now and am still learning new things. I just finished the Grand Canyon Beanie. I used black as my main color and 3 different alternating blues for my accent colors.
Absolutely lovely, definitely going to make this for my brother as he loves to go for walks. Cold and damp here in England, just what we need . Love the texture of this thankyou so much for the great tutorial xx
This was a joy to make. I used the colors of the Grand Canyon and the Painted Desert and love how it turned out 😍. Thank you so much for sharing the pattern and tutorial. ❤
I really love this pattern. The texture is great, and the finish hat looks amazing. Love your tutorial. You explain the instructions very clearly that are understandable. Thank you for providing a lovely intermediate pattern.
Really like this pattern, Thank You! My opinion, the brims look better if you use 1 size smaller hook and create your chain and FP/BP DC like you did on Row 5. imo it looks better and its less notable when you complete the first row after the brim.
thank you so very much for sharing this video! your instructions was so easy to follow along!I'm on my 2nd hat which I'm doing in a glitter white and I'm absolutely in love!❤look forward to crocheting with you again!
I did 3 hats at the same time. The Lion brand mandala in sirens colour, looks really cozy. It's a 3 weight, the other 2 hats are a 4. Cant wait to try the Maria beanie next. (wish i could do the slip-stitch brim, bit too hard to handle looks so pretty).
I just finished this beanie and it’s amazing!! Great instructions, by the way. I struggled a smidge with the back post stitches, but I finally got the feel of it. I love it!!
What I’m loving most about crochet is that you can see something lovely and then just go ahead and make it. Going to try this tonight. I have come around to the slip stitch brim. It’s a bit more fiddly but I love the result. Thanks for your great patterns and tutorials! 😊
Your beanie is so beautiful and easy to follow! ❤ how do you convert this to a child size?.. not sure how to convert an adult size to a child size. Thank you for sharing your God given gift with us, truly! Be blessed❤
Wow, what a lovely pattern. I'm half way through my first, it looks awesome. I'm going to make a bunch for my inventory bin, these will sell for sure.. thank you 😊
I am in love with this beanie, thank you so much for sharing. I hope there will be a scarf to compliment the beanie like the other ones u did also 😁🙂😍🤩 happy crocheting!

I SUBSCRIBED!!!😊 Okay so far I am infatuated with this hat! I’ve been looking all day for the perfect hat! I am on the second half double crochet in the back row …it looks beautiful so far! Can’t wait to check out the rest of your channel!😊
@@RichTexturesCrochet I had to do some altering towards the top only for the fact that the brim that I made was way too big because it was for another hat that I did not like! I am going to check out the rest of your videos since I am almost done with this one😊
looks amazing and i cant wait to try!!!! one question- in the end of each round- do i join with the chain 2 or the first stitch? the chains never count?
I made this as a slouch beanie with a larger brim and it looks absolutely amazing. I used 2 strands of Hobbii Universe XL Halloween and it's so sparkly bright and fun!
I love this one so far the best. I just made it! It's too slouchy for me so If I don't want it so slouchy and do a normal length how would i do that? Where would I end the hat at before I started the decrease?
