    Good stuff! Thank you for doing this video it really helped me see things in a different viewpoint. I’ve been told I only see the negative (which was hurtful) but hearing that my brain is wired to do this and that I’m not alone is encouraging. I will definitely make a conscious effort to acknowledge the positive to offset the negative thinking!

    Great video.. Good to hear that you are not trying to get rid of negative thoughts as that doesn't work.. Great idea to flip it to a positive to..
    I'm surprised more haven't subscribed to your channel..

    Good video. I'll try that. More often I find myself predicting that everything will go well, too well. That's a recipe for anxiety when things don't go just so.

    Maybe because you had that strong feeling (negative once),your had less views as compared to the other's (subconscious mind) 🤨
