  • I just practice some beginner rear brake slides at slow speed. I do a rev bom under a makeshift tunnel on my 450MT CFMOTO

Thanks Outie555. I am interested in buying the 450MT when it becomes available in the US, so appreciate the updates with your journey. I'm 178 cm (5' 10") tall, with 32.5" inseam. Just for reference how tall are you? As you are just starting out off-road, I'd recommend taking an off-road riding course for the basics which will enhance your trip, help avoid spills (injuries/bike damage), and make off-roading more pleasurable. Best of luck and keep up the videos.

178 sounds like perfect height for it

@@pec1739 That's perfect for it - you'll easily flatfoot it with that inseam. You can use the integrated lowering link (it's comes preinstalled with the bike!) to lower it to 800mm which me and partner both have done, the bike handles perfectly lowered, and there's still plenty of ground clearance. Then once you're more comfortable, you can just leave it at 800mm because we're all lazy :D Or you can raise it :)

Yep totally think you will fit the bike just fine with the standard seat as well. I do want to do off-road riding courses but the closest company that does them is 3 hours ride away. So I'll keep looking for a closer training provider but will probably just end up going for a ride with a club that's local.

Kudos to the OCD construction workers stacking the concrete & pipes neatly 😂

Did you removed the bash plate you installed recently or is this an older recording? Looks like a good space to practice a wheelie.

Old recording, as I needed to get the bash plate video out there for the masses to see as they are starting to arrive at the dealerships.

You can install some grip tape, is kind of a rubbery/silicone feeling sticker. It goes on the sides of your tank. can get clear to most any other colors. works great for standing up and gripping tank with knees.

Good idea! I just got some rubber pads from AliExpress so hopefully get them soon

You can buy adhesive pads to help with gripping the tank with your knees. A secondary benefit is that they also prevent you scratching the paint with your knees

On off road, the hardest is the first scratch. After that, it's just fun 😀✌️ to you

I totally agree! Although not looking forward to the first scratch but it will eventually happen
