That looks like a really good item. I like the flats on it so it makes it easier to disable it to clean the filter. Congrats on the new sponsor!
It allows you to grip it way easier and also lay flat when mounted.
Thank you Phil! Looks like Parker is here so ask any questions if you have them
@AllTheFuel most definitely. That is what first caught my eye.
One for the algorithms.
Cheers.
Appreciate you!
Garage lighting sure works nice.
They are cheap amazon led fixtures. I think they were less then 100$ for 10 of them. I have two in the corner that are new still if I need them
thank you
Welcome!
Nice piece
Yeah im excited to see how well it works
🤙
😊😊
Fun fun!
That looks just like the magnafuel filter element. I’m running dual magnafuel 750s with a single magnafuel post filter after the y. I wonder if that’s a restriction for the twin pumps.
Depends on how the element is made, also depends on the neck down size of the filter casing!
Thats a lot of fuel if you're running two of them. Yeah the filter would need to be able to flow the volume of fuel through it. How big is your filter? Is it a standard small filter element?
@@Burndown it’s the magnafuel 10 micron post filter. I maxed out my single 750 on the dyno at 26 lbs. 914 wheel on safe timing with e85r. So i added a second pump.
@@Tinibuilt nice! That’s some powa
$140 is a great price for a good stainless element filter. What is the inlet/outlet size on it? Looked decent sized.
Our 10m element is actually a microglass element. The 100m is our stainless steel element.
It’s a 10orb but we have custom fittings to actually adapt to 12an with zero flow loss. 5/6th barn to 12an options on our smaller filters like this one.
@@AllTheFuel thanks for the info. I will have to check out all of the options. I'm building a 72 Chevelle with a 496 4spd N/A e85, for a friend. Will be starting on the fuel system soon.
After seeing what he made and having an understanding of the problem it solved with it at 140$ a kit I don’t think you could get a better filter for the price IMO. It was random that I was planning on redoing my tanks when I met him too. Perfect fit.
@@AllTheFuelA 10 micron stainless steel element would be nice. They're not easy to find. Microglass really needs changed regularly if running e85 or methanol.
@@funfun8095 not as much as you think. Because we add way more pleats than the competition, our filters last way longer even with e85
That looks like a real good product! Not Chinese garbage.
Quality>Quantity
I’m not sure where it’s manufactured but they do a good job. Fuel filters are not cheap if you have looked around at the billet type filters. The cheaper ones are deceiving because they look good from the outside but when you really pay attention they are not a good product at the end of the day and a waste of money.
@@Burndown true. Like you said. You end up paying more in the long run going with cheap junk. Instead of getting something that is quality.
@@Ronaldl2350 I think I need to go more in depth on this topic for people. Maybe we can do a live and discuss it…
@@Burndown That would be great!
Where are they made?
Parker can answer this I never asked as the fit and finish is really nice and the price is good.
We have parts made here in the states and other parts made over seas. Price and quality are two important factors.
@@AllTheFuel thank you for the reply, I’ll be looking at it
@@Burndown I agree, looks good, I’ll be checking them out
@@xozindustries7451 tell him I sent ya. If you do get one let me know what you think of it. I feel like they are a good value and will be running them on my projects.
