Being chill is the best way to enjoy life. Not taking things too seriously and not letting things have too much of an effect on you when they don’t go your way is really the best way to keep a clear mind and do your best thinking. Plus if it’s something you have no control over then there’s not much of a reason to worry too much about it. Love your videos!

I'm trying so hard to control my reactions but I just can't seem to figure out how. Even the smallest inconvienience can send me to a yelling and swearing rage for like 30 seconds to a minute. But on the other hand I handle the serious life problems like losing my job or getting cheated on with the calmness and put togetherness of a yogi? I can't make sense of myself..
you know... I actually can be like that to. I can be calm when the worst things happen and something small can make me very frustrated. It is very confusing to be us lol

One thing I would add is that often when we think there is no solution it's because we are running on stress. Stress begats stress as they say and the answer often is there it is just hidden. The Japanese use a method called ikebana. Which having a minimalist place or maybe even just a wall where they can think things through calmly!
