      Wonderful Catherine, I have had some issues with heel pain and plantar fasciitis to calf tightness and I know this helps.

    Wonderful. Thanks Megan. My feet feel reborn. 😊. I do walk around barefoot in the house but not outside as we can get rattlesnakes! 😂 I wonder if you can recommend a practice for me. The whole of my left hip (quad, QL and IT band) has been really tight for the last few days and I can’t find a way to get any release.

      Thanks for the links, but I think the barefoot practice has done its magic! After several days of ongoing pain which affected my sleep, I got out of bed this morning with no pain at all! I’m going to do this one several times a week! Thanks for all you do ❤️

    For slugs, salt works but your plants might not like that. Another option is to spread ashes around, slugs don’t like how dry and brittle they are. Maybe?

      Hmmmm have not heard about the ashes. The cooper tape seems to be helping…and so does my headlamp and needle nose pliers 😆
