Its been almost 14 years since I took my young kids to Disneyland Paris. Nice to see what it looks like now and get an idea how it compares to other Disney parks. Thank you both!
I was at Disney in Orlando in 1992. And they had the same ride with the canyon and the truck. But in Orlando, the truck would be on fire and you could feel the heat.
@@robyntheslytherin I don't know! I saw the video. And didn't see any flames. But maybe it happens? But I am surprised they didn't change this attraction for almost 40 years!
@@StarfleetCommand71 the cars ride has only been there since 2021? Before that it was studio tram tours, so it definitely has been changed - but yes that does happen at DLP, fire and water, watch a pov of it if you wanna see xx
@@robyntheslytherin The one in Orlando has only been there since 2021? I was there in 1992 and saw it. Exactly the same as in Paris. I even have pictures.
My wife and I took a second honeymoon to Disney World in Florida in 1987. It was magical and wonderful. We went back a few years later and it was not nearly as good. Many of our favorite things in Epcot were closed and some had been shortened and were less immersive. We went one more time. I don’t remember the year but I remember we were staying at the Coronado and we stood on a bridge and watch a shuttle launch. It was pretty cool. But again, the magic seemed to be leaking away. I also love the restaurants as you do.
Great review, thanks! I agree with everything. I also think Animal Kingdom is the best. It was a real pleasure to share a lunch during your stay in Paris. See you again soon!
I really like how relaxed and informative this video is. My favorite part of this video was when Ellie says, "I'm not the easiest to please. " And her guy, Jonathan, doesn't disagree. 😊 Cheers from Alaska
What's with the screens everywhere? Screens in cars, screens in rides, screens in disney larp hotel... I know it's just cheaper but it's so frikkin sad that finally we have the technology to make these expensive experiences amazing but they cheap out every time for profit... The point of paying for theme parks is to escape the screens you look at everyday, not to look at them more? Lately I feel like the whole world lost its way and it's so sad, I see it in everyday life and in supposed-to-be-entertaiment videos online. So frikkin sad.
Hard to attract visitors when your park is pretty meh and there's better fairytale themeparks nearby like the Efteling blows Disneyland Paris out of the water.
Your reaction to Disney Paris was similar to mine. I would recommend you try the Efteling, it's still the best theme park I've ever been to, well worth the trip, must visit IMO. Granted I haven't been to Disney in the US. I was super disappointed by Disney Paris and Universal, they were so bad in comparison. Even Alton Towers felt short to me. If you do go to the Efteling, you'll want at least two full days in the park. Most of it is in Dutch so while a lot of it is self explanatory, make sure to read the nearby summary translations or look up the stories. It's largely based on the old Grimm and dark fairytales. It's just so well themed there, very detailed and whimsical. Large variety of ride types. It's rumored Walt Disney visited the fairy tale forest there and was inspired to make the Disney park.
I love the video. I think your issue isn’t a Tokyo v France or USA Disney thing though. It’s just the difference between Asia and the West. And Asia is typically going in the same direction just they’re a bit behind. It’s a capitalist society thing rather than specific to Disney.
You didnt have fire at cars road trip? ruclips.net/video/nAIFt2hLSiA/видео.htmlfeature=shared If you ak at the restaurants most of the time they will find you a seat without reservation. Disney paris is a park where you need to stroll around ,find secrets, and relax and then its a really good park

Studios is being re-themed with 2 lands under construction, the Village is also under extensive re-theming
maybe we just visited at the wrong time, the construction was really an impediment to fully enjoying the experience

That literally happens in DLP too?

Love the dissing juxtaposed against the jolly music, very entertaining
lol, we can't help ourselves
Some opinions on the internet isn't "most people".
Fun video. Glad you enjoyed your time at Disneyland Paris.
thank you for watching! I really truly enjoyed Paris, from the Eiffel Tower, to the Catacombs, and more. It is such a magical city.
I don’t know why everyone hates Disneyland Paris. I love the place more than anywhere in the world
What is your favorite ride there!?
Honest review.
Disneyland Paris since it's opening never made any profit. That is strange isn't it?

What!? That’s crazy!!!!!
Amen
Exactly our conclusion
I’m with your husband, I could care less about marvel and Star Wars I’m a Disney proper and Pixar fan
Glad you like it. Sadly, I... am no longer a Disney fan. Nuff said.
oh dear, please explain
