Note: So sorry! A fire alarm went off during the filming, so after the 10 minute mark you can hear fire trucks in the background. I tried to cut them out but could not find a program that didn't sacrifice the video/sound quality. I will make a longer and fire-truck free hypnosis soon!

You're onto something with this video. I have been using it for months now to combat insomnia. Not only does it ease me to sleep quite reliably but I have found that I am sleeping longer too. Best of all I don't need to take downers anymore either.
I look forward with eager anticipation to another sleep type video. This one has changed my life.

You're voice has always calmed my brain when I can't sleep your voice is so soothing and I've been a fan for years I'm listening right now and breathing with you and I'm fighting to stay awake and finish what I was typing lol being told "you're doing good" when Im falling asleep always calms me down even further how are you so good at this your face is handsome and your eyes are so kind also. this is the best hypnosis video on youtube, no doubt. Every time I struggle falling asleep, this video does the trick. And I always wake up feeling more refreshed than ever before. Thank you :)

This was really relaxing even *with* the sirens in the background towards the end. But hey, I'm totally willing to pretend that the background noise ruined this if it means that you'll do *another* sleep video later! Once again, the way you blend soft spoken and whisper styles is better than anyone else on RUclips. I also like how you use repetition of words (like "sleep"); it's like being hypnotized by the repeating while line on the road while riding in a car at night. Makes me go blank.
