The reason why I don't play the Pirc defense main line of the g6 and Bg7. The Mad dog attack is really a tricky opening. I still prefer the Lion Defense transposition against the white attacking system like this one. The only weak about the mainline Pirc defense is that of the Nf6 commital on the opening game.
6:07 Isn't Qxg4 a mistake? If you take on g4, that allows b4 which forces the knight onto a passive square, although Nb5 works, they can still castle and play c6, then your queen gets harassed. Taking on b5 with the queen wins back both a pawn and forks the bishop
@12:10 instead of bishop capture d5 how is bishop to g5 setting a cunning trap of check mate if black captures any piece with the pawn on next move setting for knight f6 check fork and in turn rescuing all of the pieces from the pawn fork I haven't used engine so I might be missing something
