Hey I’m the tech that installed these tires on your truck. Glad you are liking them. I must say they are the nicest 19.5 tire I have seen and installed. I could definitely tell a difference in quality compared to cheaper sets. I hope they turn out to be a good investment. Looking forward to a review on them later.
you prolly dont give a shit but if you are bored like me atm you can watch all the latest movies on InstaFlixxer. I've been watching with my gf for the last days xD
Hi Ryan I have a quick question I was looking at a set of Ironman 19.5 just wondering if there worth buying I know there cheap I don’t expect the world out of them I drive my service truck less than 5k a year so just wondering if there worth it?
I am approaching 50 K on my F-550 with stock continentals on it. I agree with you 100% they were great on the highway but our terrible for the type of work we do! My 450 has the same tires you have on yours and I really I only have been in some snow with them and they are just OK could be better! I will be replacing the tires on my 550 real soon and I will definitely look into Toyo’s 👍🏻
You might consider centramatic balancers, especially up front. You drive in such extreme conditions I think they’d really make a difference. That hop ir slight drift seems to be pretty common with the 450s and up. Great tread on those Toyo’s. I’ve had nothing but good luck with Toyo’s.
I just had all my sensors replaced for my rims on my tpms system and I’ve been running toyo open country’s for awhile now used them plowing all winter these tires have been great got my moneys worth for sure. I thought of you the other day my Ford dealer just got a beautiful 450 white platinum in guy ordered then backed out I was really close to pulling the trigger I just love my 6.0 diesel she’s running perfect and just don’t need the payment now
If you get some wider wheels you can get those tires in a 285/70r19.5 and rickerson sells a really nice 19.5 for the Ford bolt pattern and the right width for the 285s
Those M608z are as rock solid of a tire as you can get. I’ve been running the 285/70r19.5’s on my F-350 for the last 5 years and they are amazing. They cost me a mint upfront with the Rickson wheels but so worth the money.
Looking for a good set of tires for my 550 (and rims, they are so bad a few of them won't even balance out with weights lol). Did you say all 6 of your tires are the same or were the drive tires different from the steer tires? I live in a very remote area in the mountains of Montana which means rough roads and of corse I'm towing 18k lb bulldozers, etc. Now that you've got some time on these tires, would you recommend them? How well do they handle snow and mud? Tire wear? Thanks for the video brother!
Hey, I've been watching a lot of your videos over the last couple years and love the content. We put the same Toyo's on the back of our F550 at my business around the same time you did and all we have got is complaints from our drivers. There seems to be a pile of tread squirm and the rear of the truck feels like it is wagging all the time. Just curious if you have noticed the same thing? Ours is a 2017 regular cab with 12 foot flat deck on it.
Same , f550 changed all 6 and was terrified on the hwy. I could literally turn the steering wheel from side to side and the truck still drove straight. As for the rear end,if you get stuck in some deep groves on the hwy better hang on its a squirrly ride
@@dieseldavedick The dealer ended up changing the steering stabilizer under warranty on ours which helped a bit but the rear end was still squirming quite a bit. After about 3-4000km the tires have settled down a lot, but they definitely do still squirm a bit.
The Toyo tires you have say drive tires. I noticed you have them on the steers as well. Does it make it ride rough because I want the same tires and need traction on the front instead of having highway tires.
Hi, So with a set of Centrametic balancers no more balancing you mean? I have a 2022 Ram 3500 Dually running 19.5 wheels and looking to purchase the Toyo M608. Please advise, Thx in advance

I've had nothing but grief with my Toyo 608's going out of round and shaking the crap out of my truck. They are now unavailable nationally. I've met now 3 other owners that have had the same problem. My dad has an F150 XLT, after sitting in my Lariat he wants me to find him seats out of a Platinum or Limited. You’d think they’d be easier to find
all because of you man I’m getting a new trailer and Kubota excavator because of your videos I made my decision! Thanks for all you’re videos
Hey man awesome! Hope it works out fir ya. Go get it!
Check out scheel-mann seats. Probably the best seat out there.
Hi , how are the 608 in the snow ? Do you still have the same opinion ?
Trying to decide between these toyo’s and Michelin xds2. Nice video.
I have been pretty happy so far. If I do switch it be to the Michelin’s
I have a 2002 550 I need traction tire everyone I use is terrible handling Im looking at the Toyo ?
So why Didn't you go with the Toyo m608 on the F450? Just curious because im thinking about buying these tires soon
IMO Toyo makes some of the best tires available
Have you tried the Toyo M655's? How do you like the Michelin XDS2's vs the Toyo M608's? Thanks.
Nice!! They look like tires made for that.... :-)
Any updates on the tires?
How well did the tires last
If you got to do it all again, would you buy the same truck or an F550 Lariat? Or an F450 pickup XLT/Lariat?
The lariat would have been nice but not really needed. Cheaper to swap out one seat. If I can find it. lol

I had the m 608 on my old welding rig , rough roads , lots of gravel and still got over 100,000 k out of them.
Awesome!!!
Get your self a set of centra matic balancers well worth the money

Try a set of Centramatic balancers. I run a set on my 2020 F350 and tire balancing issues are a thing of the past.

No complaints here
Have u considered having seats changed to leather or something?
Leather wouldn’t matter they would need to be the lariat or platinum seats to get the cushion
In the 19.5 the toyo are better then Michelin in winter especially on ice
Can’t say from experience
What happened to the 550 front driver wheel
Those are hub caps. One of my guys took a turn too tight and rips the bolt cover off

It’s the Banks Idash
