  • Growing up I was quite anxious, my mind runs very fast and I can get easily overwhelmed. In class I would often day dream and found it hard to socialise with others being so stuck in my head.
    I still have these features but I can now operate better because of meditation. I've become more focused, calm, aware and relaxed.
    In this video I give 3 of my lessons along the way implementing meditation into my life.
