    When you said that you were going to swatch all your inks, my eyes bugged out (should have bugged when I read the title). I sort of did a count of mine and came out with 300-400. I forgot that not everyone is as obssesive as I've been. Have decided to use up samples until they're gone rather than put a new ink every time I run out in a pen.

    Hi, Karyna! New sub here, and a fellow Filipina (from Manila). This was such a great (and therapeutic) exercise. Your videos have been helpful in my fountain pen journey last year-thank you. Looking forward to more. Also, you've convinced me to get the Estie in Nouveau Bleu this year with another journaler nib (my absolute favorite grind) to add to my three other Esties with the journaler (Botanical Garden), techo (Punch), and scribe (Petrified Forest). I agree with you-they're just the best in aesthetics and comfort level. 😝 Happy new year! Cheers! 🥂

    OMG Karyna, this had to have taken such a long time to do and film! And the after voice overs XD but amazing, so many inks! I’ll need to do a big swatch of all my inks but I still have a good batch left I haven’t swatched into my binder yet! Also need to put circles with the color like you did so I don’t have to lift up every single ink just to see the name on my 50 vial trays lol

    BPC has been on my list of brands to try for a while now. That Basil Pesto color looks so amazing! I bought Anderillium's Tolype Moth Warm after watching one of your swatching videos and really enjoy it. 🙂
    Also, I didn't think I would be an enjoyed of brown inks as well lol. But now quite a decent amount of my collection is browns! 😅

    Awesome collection! I have gone overboard this past year so my collection is more massive than I realized 😅 I'm going to be doing a "current collection" swatch-ventory over the next few days so this was great to watch for inspiration!
    Do you still glue the blank pages together so there isn't bleedthrough on the swatch pages like in your previous galen leather notebook? Just curious 😊

    • @KarynaLovesToPlan
      @KarynaLovesToPlan  7 месяцев назад

      I did not glue the pages together like in the previous notebook. I find it more satisfying this way, skipping a couple of pages to prevent shadow/bleedthrough. And going through your collection is always so satisfying!

    Did I understand correctly that you have Tomoe River paper in that last binder you showed? If so, how does it hold up to being punched? I've thought about doing something like that for a transcribing project, but wasn't sure because the paper is so thin.

    • @KarynaLovesToPlan
      @KarynaLovesToPlan  7 месяцев назад +1

      Yes that’s right! It holds up really well, and while the paper is thin, it holds up well to the ink and the whole punching and stamping too!
