That's the problem with Samsungs camera since the beginning of time, and any android phones in general. Specially with the front camera, you look like you have powder on lmfao.
I love the way androids specifically google and samsung handle colors I have an iphone11 as well and it tends to make everything more realistic and closer to real life but damn the colors on samsung and google are so beautiful even tho they tend to make things more contrasty and saturated but it's such a perfect look for social media type posts. Not saying iphone is bad I just don't like how most things lean more towards the lighter realistic side of things and my eyes prefer darker punchy colors from the likes of samsung and google.
@Jerry Larios it depends on personal preference but in my opinion realistic looking shots are better. But those fancy tones from androids also look very good, I agree. The video quality on social media apps is much better on iPhones if you see on Instagram etc. Even though I prefer android for photography over iPhones but that better videography edge of iPhones over androids is actually a thing I have to accept even as an android person!
2:30 You have to realize that there's a difference between dynamic range and just exposure. You could replicate both shots with both phones just by adjusting the exposure. It's just that in some situations, one leans more towards a brighter exposure while sometimes it leans more towards a darker exposure. If you shot manual and actually matched the highlights or shadows, THEN you could judge the dynamic range but not just by leaving it on auto.
@@valerioodorisio I mentioned this to Saf and other RUclipsrs years ago and Saf actually did start testing manual mode for a couple of videos but then stopped. He mentioned because most people just open the camera and shoot without caring but by that logic, are those same people going to care about dynamic range? Why even mention it?
@@Veduvids What I mean is match the highlights on both phones, then compare the shadows. That's how you determine dynamic range. Leaving everything on auto isn't
@@The_0ne504 or u match the shadows? Bro it’s the same. Please understand. Dynamic range is combination of shadows and highlights. Both photos have almost the same shadows but iphone has better highlights
Your skin tone literally looks more natural with the NOTE. The iPhone images are more saturated and warm which people like, but its not natural. You can just saturate your NOTE20 images and boom you have an iPhone image.
You did forget to mention 2 things: 1, you can change the the tone for selfish on the Note 20 Ultra under settings, original, cool, and warm. With a slider to adjust properly 2 -you can record in 120fps on the Note 20 Ultra
I think the audio sucked this year. I think the 11s had better audio. Something about it this year sounds tinny. Especially in the lowlight video portion. It sucked
It’s only a matter of time before Samsung and the likes follow Apples environmentally friendly stance and ditch the brick and earbuds like they did the headphone Jack...
The iPhone really looks incredible. This paired with iOS 14, longevity in software support and resale value and the fast A14 and video quality makes this extremely compelling for an Android user.
Not really would never considered apple have to give up way too many features. And the note 20 ultra is just as fast an looks way better. And the camera is way to feature packed real time zoom is my favorite features apple has fake digital zoom
I have noticed that if you zoom less than 5x, the Note 20 Ultra does this really weird thing where it will photoshop the 5x image into the middle of the digitally zoomed main sensor image which just ends up with a horrific photo where its sharp in the middle and then theres a noticable border all around the edge that is blurry. Also youve probably heard some people say that the Note 20 Ultra cant film 60FPS at 4K on anything other than the main sensor but I havent heard anyone point out that this also applies at 1080p. Basically if you want to film at 60fps, regardless of resolution, then youre limited to the main sensor. It also has a bad habbit of dropping frames, even at 30fps. Note that I have the exynos version of the phone so the Snapdragon version might be better. Overall very good comparison video! Thanks
Usually Asian girl would like to be take the picture with brighter skin tone.. selfie cam on iphone usually been described as horrible for the result. Instead of build in app they would like to use the app with "face beauty" effect to give some instand makeup effect on thier pictures.

As a professional photographer, I was hoping a better camera on iPhone 12. As they made me believe with their advertisements. I was hoping that, because I love the Apple ecosystem. But, I will keep using my DSLR cameras and my Samsung Galaxy Fold2 for my works!
Samsung Pro mode Camera is another level and another dimension. It's totally different. You can even adjust the focus and the colors, saving pictures and videod in RAW with 8k resolution. Something that Apple can't do.
I'm most neutral consumer. If iPhone 13 would be better than next Galaxy's, I would change to iPhone again!

@@nateluthor4643 *The iSheeps brainwashed Apple Frustated Fanboys are coming* lmao, I'm a professional photographer, ain't into smartphone cameras, but if I have to choose, I would pick Samsung easily. Pro mode Camera in Samsung makes so much different, as you can adjust everything on Live. It's like having a DSLR Camera with Samsung. Something that Apple you only can take pictures automatically, and that sucks for a photographer like me. Apple is very good and beautiful, but not better than Samsung.

TRUE
@@valerioodorisio I mentioned this to Saf and other RUclipsrs years ago and Saf actually did start testing manual mode for a couple of videos but then stopped. He mentioned because most people just open the camera and shoot without caring but by that logic, are those same people going to care about dynamic range? Why even mention it?
No. If he adjusted the exposure, the whole image would be darker

I can't afford one! Yet I watch every flagship, wishing I could afford.
Thanks

Your video is very biased towards the iPhone. @19:54 about the front-facing video stabilization, you have said it was a draw, rather you lean towards The iPhone but clearly, Samsung is totally stable while iPhone is shaking if you look to your behind in the trees. Nighttime photos were taken from the iPhone appear yellow/ ish. When you were comparing dynamic ranges, both phones produce very good dynamic ranges, I would say Samsung does actually better. Moreover, I went to BestBuy today and compared selfie in the artificial light condition inside BestBuy, Samsung S20 plus selfies are much superior to the iPhone 12 pro. iPhone selfies came out very dark and grainy. I am not a fan of a big phone, if the iPhone had a Samsung quality camera I would have bought the iPhone by this time. The iPhone has a perfect size and nice design, the only reason I never bought any version of the iPhone because of the camera. Samsung camera is superior in any condition. Please, stop being biased.
