We have to Dump it dry ingredients in warm liquid ingredients or after cooled liquid ingredients?
In this recipe, it should work either way. But the liquid ingredients will begin to thicken slightly if you let cool for long, may not bind well.

You get date syrup in bottles like you get honey. It is available at most stores,please check..You can try using honey instead.
