    Excellent video! I'm not a fan of gloves near moving cutter or machines, but that's your choice. Keep up your videos!

    They work great but you better start using coolant when you drill or you're going to be replacing them

      I use both cutting oil and cutting wax and have had great success so far. I just completed a fixture table as well with 288 consecutive 5/8 holes in my other video and cutting oil was great on that one. But yes more coolant is definitely better.

    Do you have a drill setup with Annular Cutters? what drill press and brand of cutter do you have? I will add as I forgot to say I was running this at 300 RPM ( the chart suggested 320-530 RPM)

    Thank you. Are there versions that can drill without the burr ?

    • @todayletsbuild2153
      @todayletsbuild2153  8 месяцев назад +1

      I presume these have the least amount of burr I have seen

      Get yourself a large diameter countersink drill bit. Works great for deburring. Dont need much of a chamfe, just a few thousands.

    Is there a spring inside the adaptor that pushes against the Center pin?

      Yes the tool holder has a spring to push the pin. Slugs come out every time .
