    Hello everyone,
    I felt it was important to address the recent feedback, despite my initial hesitation.
    First, I completely understand and agree that customer service is crucial in any business. This year has been particularly challenging for me, starting with the loss of my father, followed by a miscarriage early in the year, then several other personal hardships, including health issues and a risky pregnancy after the miscarriage. I recognize that I have fallen short in providing the level of customer service that you deserve, and I apologize for that. Additionally, I have been dealing with following mental health challenges due to the things happened, which have further impacted my ability to manage the business effectively.
    While I strive to keep my personal life separate from my business, the reality is that as a small business owner, every aspect of life can impact your business.
    I am committed to improving my customer service and am genuinely grateful for your honest feedback. Thank you to those who have supported me during these tough times; your understanding means a lot.

      I appreciate you sharing some behind the scenes info. And I am very sorry for the struggles that you have gone through. We've had quite a few aging parent emergencies the past year and we weren't sure they were going to pull through multiple times. I understand how much a toll that can take on anyone. My heart goes out to you for all that you've been through. Some of it I can't even imagine.
      It's really unfortunate. Some of us would have LOVED to support you had we received any communication whatsoever, but we didn't. So we didn't have anything to go by except exceptionally long processing times for in stock, current year products and zero email responses. I too loved your planner designs, and I would have gladly ordered 2025s (that was my initial plan when I got a 2024 to test out), but the lack of customer service is a deal breaker for me. And it was a biggie for many folks in my comments section also so I am saying this for them even more than for myself. If you have tons going on, then maybe take a break from running a shop and work things out so you can come back stronger than ever? Dissatisfied customers on average tell way more people than perfectly happy customers.
      TBQH, most of your customers affected by the customer service problems won't be deep in Shiv's comments section to even see your response (I only happened to come across it tonight because there was a reply on a different comment of mine and happened to randomly notice your comment here, total dumb luck on my part). Considering she didn't even have a customer service complaint to begin with, it's frankly sort of insulting to the rest of us that she got a response while others did not.
      I'd urge you to not write anyone off as "haters" and actually apologize to the people who actually were affected. I've got quite a few dissatisfied customers on my video I posted about your planner/cs issues back in June, and I think they would very much appreciate an actual response/apology to the many emails they have sent. And some would even appreciate the products they have paid for but never received.
      My hope for you is you can heal and get your store up and running with an acceptable level of customer service. Running a business is all consuming (I know, I had a stamp company back in the day and did it all myself too while double majoring in STEM, working other jobs, and going to graphic design school). It's not for everyone. And that's OK too. It very much wasn't for me & I eventually closed my store. SO I personally DO know what it takes & the sacrifices that it can take to do it well.

    If this year was the only year there had been significant customer service issues I might be more understanding however it's a pattern. If you can't email customers with updates (or respond to multiple emails quicker than a month) you should refund customers and accept you simply can't run a business right now. At a premium planner cost I do expect to get updates, not have to be in a private Facebook group or happen to chance upon an Instagram story at the right time to get an update.
    I wonder how big a channel has to be before that customer gets good service?

      All your points are completely valid and I completely understand how frustrating it can be. I don’t think there’s any correlation with someone’s social media base based on what I’ve seen of shares and unboxings but can’t really know how things work behind the scenes for someone else’s business. But I do honestly hope that the communication improves because I know how important that is to all of us.

      Well I have over 10K subscribers and emailed them back in May...never got a response. I am just gonna go out on a limb and assume you just have to be incredibly lucky to actually get a response at all, and that it's not correlated with subscriber count.
      I totally agree with you on your assessment though. Very disappointing indeed.

    It's such a bummer because she does have beautiful planners. But her own lack of customer service is a deal breaker for most who have had a bad experience buying from her. After personally experiencing HORRIBLE customer service and insanely slow fulfillment (printing a shipping label and then sitting on my in stock 2024 planner for 5 extra weeks before actually giving it to the post office), I won't purchase from her again. Plenty of planner companies have offered amazing communication, going above and beyond for their customers. So for me there is no reason to purchase and receive a sub-par experience. Planner competition is fierce.
    In other news, I NEEEEED that planner cover. How gorgeous!!!

      I can’t even tell you how much I love this cover. I have another for my A6 planner with the leather on the inside and I might be on a hide share for this leather for another 😝

    You are very sweet, and I love how you always support small shops. I hope she takes to heart all the feedback and changes things around. I’ve decided that if I ever receive either of my orders from this shop, I’m not going to use them because I won’t feel good about it, honestly. And now I’m super excited to use my Just Scribble planner instead, because it’s awesome and I have nothing but good feelings towards the person behind it!

    I have to agree with the comments. I had to do a charge bank with my bank for an order I placed in February, never received a response to any of my emails or IG messages, 3 months later I was not willing to lose my money in this economy. I still had hope so I placed 2 orders in June. I did receive my B6 hybrid but I’m still waiting on my undated weekly which was in stock before the preorder and still nothing 😅 I run TWO small businesses I get how much work it is, but there is no excuse at this point. She is an amazing creator but a terrible business owner.

      It is a bummer to hear about your experience, I really try to be as transparent as possible about shipping and delays and respond quickly (though finding time with a full time job is hard 😬)

      Agree it’s super difficulty but without our customers we have no business 🥹 I really hope she’s able to hire someone because her products are gorgeous & really great quality ✨ I have looked at my B6 hybrid every single day 😂 it’s perfection!

      Same experience and way before she was pregnant . I’m talking late 2022 -2023 never received my product and she got angry with me for asking on email. I get it life happens but this was a long time ago. At that point you do have to consider whether you want to run a shop . That said I gave another chance and ordered the 2025 since it is a new year and wanted to give her grace . Not holding my breath after reading all comments 😂

    I have a 50%-50% experience with Twines and Paper. I got one planner through pre-order, but never got the other one I ordered last November 😂 I understand that life happens, but life also happens to all of us.
    I personally will not shop there again, and will put a caveat whenever I’m recommending her products. But I’m glad that you and other people are enjoying her planners and getting good customer service

      I can’t wait to hear how you like it! I know for the A5 she added after the fact so I’m sure she will make improvements for 2026. I know I’m already thinking of ways to make small changes to further improve so I’m sure she is too!!

      @@JustScribble she addressed it with me personally via email, and on social media platforms. I think it might be something she will reconsider in the future.
      I'm using it as a faith planner. I have the SI A5 size for everyday planning. I'm going to follow T&P users on RUclips this upcoming year before I decide if I'll continue with it in the future.

    Take good care of yourself during your busy time! 🥰 I feel for her with a new baby and whatever else she has going on. I remember having a new baby. I was a 21 year old train wreck. To this day I am not sure how my daughter ended up being the amazing human that she turned out to be because me and her Dad were clueless people just doing our best. So I feel for her. Thank you for showing us this planner, I will watch for the more detailed video. I am kinda new to all of the different brands of planners so I am learning a lot. I gotta say I love your pink 💕 cover! 😍I can’t say it is my favorite color cause I already said purple was 😬 but that bright pink is gorgeous! 😂 T ✌🏻

    I pre-ordered the A5 hybrid and I cannot wait for this to be my workhorse planner. Shop owner has done a good job of putting updates about delays and shipments on the website. It’s only Nov. 1…..we have time😊

    That's awesome! I had such a hard time deciding between this planner and the Sterling Ink horizontal A5 for 2025 and Sterling Ink did win out, but I'm definitely going to be watching as many videos of people using this planner as I can so I can live vicariously through everyone else haha

    I have had a bad customer service experience with that shop, will never recommend it and will never buy again. Instead, am excited to see your own planner in time for next year

      I just ordered a Just Scribble planner because I’ve had it with Twine and Paper’s absent customer service, and even if I ever get either of my orders from them, I won’t want to use it because it will remind me of how annoyed I am. I was planning on a B6 but have made the leap to A5 because the Just Scribble planner looks fantastic!

    I pre-ordered a sage hybrid B6, which is on it’s way. I really like the planner and I’m excited to start using it. I’m a tracker person, but even for me, this planner has SO many tracker opportunities and I don’t know how to use them all! Really looking forward to your video on that! I plan on using the horisontal weekly as my actual planner, and the vertical one as more of a health and wellness diary.

    She needs to figure out how to manage her customer service. If you don’t have customer service, you don’t have a business. She used pregnancy as an excuse, but she was like this before her pregnancy too. It’s really a shame, because her products are beautiful.

    Hi thank you for your video. I do have a quick question is this planner the same thickness of the b6 stalogy 365 or wonderland 222 b6 all in one. i purchase my planner secondhanded and i need a clear cover for it.

      It’s closer in size to the B6 full year Stalogy. It’s much thinner than the W222 all in one (that’s a chunk). I can measure when I get home or test in a Stalogy cover if you need. Let me know.

    Is there still DOODLES A5 blank in the Cosmos Air Light paper? I am on your shop trying to buy it...but I see the option, in the drop down menu, but in the description, it just describes the TRP-S Blank...which I do not want. Still I find no video on this planner/DOODLES/WITH THE CAL 75GSM PAPER...WHERE SHOULD I LOOK/WHAT TO DO...oops sorry for the caps...janis

      There are two options for the Doodles. Select the CAL from the drop down to select Cosmo Air. The description in the listing provides all the details but the CAL doodles is 264 pages.

    Got mine yesterday- love them. People don’t realize that they moved, had a baby, all while launching planners and that she is probably doing all this on her own. I am so very happy with her shop! I also love the feel of her covers!

    Shame on people who give her grief. It's not like 2025 begins tomorrow. We are such babies sometimes. Thanks for sharing her beautiful products. I am seriously considering a purchase or two. 😄

      I ordered a 2024 (NOT 2025) planner months ago, still no package. She eventually answered one of my many emails and messages asking if I still wanted it, I said yes but still nothing. I ordered the 2025 in a separate order at that time, with separate shipping. I wonder if I’ll get that one in 2026. Many people have said they had customer service issues with her dating back before she was even pregnant.

      There are only negative reviews on the store’s Facebook page, and they are in German. So even if one is ordering something from within the same country, there are issues.

      @@mumalogue Half my family is in Germany. If you ask them, the languages spoken in Austria, Switzerland, Belgium etc aren’t German. 😂 My equally snobby French relatives say the same. But either way, I’m presuming the packages didn’t have to travel across an ocean to reach someone leaving a review in German for a German store.

      Nah, some of the people with complains are not involved in the pre-order whatsoever. I ordered an IN STOCK 2024 planner in March 2024 and it still took forever to get to me & got zero email response when I emailed them approx 5 weeks after they printed my shipping label (and the postal service at that point hadn't accepted the package so it was printed and not actually shipped). It wasn't just a matter of people wanting their 2025 planners months in advance.

    It’s not negativity; it impacts all of those who chose to support the brand. Life happens to all of us. Hire a team or ask for help from church groups or organizations which would’ve been a great experience for high school seniors or college students. I’m so over the saturated bandwagon of creator’s trying to outdo other shops and brands. I will not be supporting any of them after I receive my T&P.
    Mead 📓 is much more deserving of my hard earned money! And it’s interesting to see that you received a gift pack when others who received their books before you are saying they didn’t.
    Just my frustrated feels!

      I’m not sure. Right now no because I know I can’t dedicate the time between getting the shop underway and YT and my job. But maybe in the future when I get in to a rhythm balancing it all.
