Anna, I was watching a press briefing yesterday with John Kirby. A ru journalist, looking scared, asked him about the new rules. She then pressed him about will Ukraine really follow the rules. He responded ““I would offer to you that if Russia and the Russian people are concerned about Ukrainian attacks, the best and most efficient way to alleviate those concerns is to take their troops and get them the hell out of Ukraine, where they have no business being in the first place.
