Hey what’s up bro, I had a shop install a mids and HI’s amp with inside speakers and tweeters. Once I picked up my car I had lots of feedback from the radio even with the volume at 0. When I accelerate it makes some bass sounds and all. I turned around went back to the shop they told me that oh na that’s like that. I already they was probably tired or if not didn’t know what else to tell. Ima try this out as soon as I get off work. Appreciate it fam. I’ll let y’all know what happens
How much louder is the cabin with the ANC disabled? I'm about to do this on my 2023 Honda Accord and I want to make sure this is worth it for an aftermarket sound system.
It is barely noticable at all for a 10th gen, probably similar for yours. In any case, if you want to install a sub, you have to disable/remove this module or it will sound horrible. Hopefully you got this worked out - I see your comment is 8 months old. I hope it turned out well!
@@jamesrobinson4950 I totally understand some people don’t care about certain things like that they just want there bass Butt too be honest I don’t think you’ll tell or you can unplug the module and drive it around town and see does it make a difference let me know how that works out for you
Thank you for this! I can now do my sub install! I did this in my 2017 Accord Sport and I noticed no difference in noise in the cabin.
Glad I could help 🤙🏽
Thanks man that’s a big help

Great video
Will I notice a major difference with noise outside of the car while driving if I do this?
Thx
Great ? Not sure I’ll have too ask the customer Butt in regards too unplugging the module if you don’t you can’t add bass
Does this also disables the microphones? So does it mean I’m loosing my microphones?
No it doesn’t disable your Bluetooth mics it just disables the anc

Did this make road noise louder when your music is off?
Good ? I’ll ask the customer Butt long story short If that’s not done you can hang up on adding bass
@@bj_from_the478 that's what I'm on the fence about

If I still have this on without un plugging that box is that why my bass plays when there’s no music on or when I step on the gas ?
Would it be the same for 2021 model?
Yes it should be
Hey is it the same in a 2017?
No sir it’s under the factory radio you have to remove the pockets in front of the shifter and that module is behind them unplug it and your good
