The story goes, that the band members from Aerosmith once were at a bar, where they apparently saw a beautiful lady, who had her back to them. Well, that was, until "she" turned around. Europe were brilliant from the first time the guys met one another. Great song writing and execution. Joey with his skills, is staying true to his trade. Btw, I don't even like hair metal. I'm more of a Joy Division guy. But Europe is a seriously great band. Thanks!

It's sad, that most people only know Europe from The Final Countdown, Rock The Night and Carrie, maybe Superstitious too, because they have so many other great songs; Dance The Night Away, Scream Of Anger, The Beast, Tomorrow, In My Time, to name a few.
Can I suggest Tommy Johansson doing a cover of Anastasia:s“ pay my dues” .. he also covered Europe’s sign of times .. won’t be disappointed ,. I never knew there were lyrics to this until a few years ago. My husband had Pistons season tickets back in the day and this was the introduction, walk out music. They'd introduce the visiting team and then cut the lights and the crowd would go insane.
