Very cool! I just checked myself…yes, they come out. AND, there is an air hole behind the sensor, so I’m thinking they can be blown on/off too! Game changer! I have over 120 rounds on my Arccos and I love it. Agree with everything in this review. It's great. The one weird thing that happens with it. If you have a child... That's wild! I've never heard or heard about that! But I've also had my left eardrum rebuilt twice, so my hearing is definitely not the one you'd take reference from ha.
Can confirm. My 7 year old can hear mine from a club-length distance if the sensor is pointed his direction. I didn't believe him at first. Now he's my battery health detector.
I have noticed 2 issues with Arcoss that I have to adjust to. The sensors turn on when they are pulled out of the bag and sense light. Then they detect a hit based on sound. So walking is more accurate just because I am not taking 2 or 3 clubs out to walk up to a par 3 tee or to hit a greenside shot. If I am in a cart and have to grab multiple clubs for a shot, I take a towel and cover the club sensors I am not using in those situations with the towel and I make sure not to drop them so they clank and make a noise. Eliminates almost all false readings. The other thing is putting. I use a putter with a soft insert and it is hard for the microphone to pick up shorter putts with very low audio. To combat this I just adjust the shots every couple holes. This little bit of hassle is well worth the data and insight

I have run this product for 2 years. Myself and 6 buddies have this product. Some rounds are better than others. Even using the caddie link. Tap in putts are a challenge to day. This year is the first year everyone is dumping the product subscription. We pay $100 and have spent countless dollars on replacement sensors prior to the stated battery life. Either the customer service should get better or the product needs to get better. Maybe in a few years we will revisit this product. Now looking like the Garmin Z82 or 18 birdies with a Bushnell.
The link is best used by clipping it upside down on your hat's bill! Love the entire system 100+ rounds. Rookie golfer with only 11 months of experience on course, thanx to the PGA H.O.P.E and the VA.
The microphone picks up the shots from your hat? That's pretty cool if it does since they recommend the pocket or belt since it's closer to the club for sound pickup.
Also works flawlessly with my Samsung Galaxy 4 smartwatch paired with my Google Pixel 5 in the Android ecosystem. A quick glance at my watch gives me front, middle and back distances to the green. It shows what hole you're on and recommends a club based on your history. You can also add putting strokes (all from the watch). You almost never have to take your phone out of your pocket. Club recommendations are usually spot on. Any time I have gone against my Smart Caddie, I was usually proven wrong.
Thanks for your comment. I was wondering if an android watch would be compatible. I have a Pixel watch so I assume it would work the same as your Samsung?
I've been using GolfPad GPS for 3 years--the poor man's Arccos. Switching to Arccos today because I got the sensors for free by buying a Cleveland wedge...I've always been envious of the advanced stats of Arccos, so hoping it's worth the extra subscription money!
I certainly did NOT have the same experience as many of the other reviewers. The sensors only picked up about 75% of the shots. I spent additional money for the LINK device. That didn’t seem to help much at all. I found the app difficult to use. I was spending more time trying to add shots or fix the score. It was definitely a distraction from the game. I just it all back. Glad others are having more success.. good luck
Excellent review. I own the Gen2 screw ins, and the Gen3 grips…You did a very thorough job of describing them. I’m someone who changes grips, shafts, and own a couple of sets of clubs, so the screw ins work better for me. The grips can’t be blown on and off with a compressor because the sensor is at the top and there is no air hole…bummer…Also, the Gen3 versions (screw ins and grips) require a yearly subscription, which is a bummer ($155?)…The Gen 1 or 2 are good for the life of the battery in the sensor. I’ve had mine for about 3 years now and they are still working great. On the accuracy…I have had very few issue with shots being missed or tracked…HOWEVER, it is VERY easy to edit your game afterwards and put in penalties, add or delete a shot, etc…Before I got my Apple Watch, I would just pull my push cart close to me while swinging and it picked up the shot easily…But, the watch is AWESOME! Not only to track shots, but you can easily set where the flag is on the green when you walk to the green. Great function. And then the software is second to none…
I'm newly in to my Arccos journey, 36 rounds of golf last week, however, I wanted to share this note. If you use your phone or Apple Watch for shot detection you CAN NOT play music via bluetooth. Luckily I carry multiple phone for work but I'm switching to the Arccos Link for shot detection for this fact alone.
I have used Arccos for several years now. I use the moveable sensors, not the grips. I take a 6" to 8" strip of black electrical tape and wrap it around the sensor and the butt end of the grip. It gives me piece of mind that I will not accidentally lose a sensor. Yes, occasionally I need to replace the tape, but that takes two minutes tops. Arccos will improve your game!
Like you I have a pretty good history with Arccos - 245 recorded games and have tried every means of recording; phone, connect link (both original and new one) and now using the app on my Apple watch. I check and edit my phone during and after each round, which, when the strike is missed, requires you to mark the spot and the club hit from that spot, so for me it's a long way from start and forget. One positive that you might have missed is that you can share all the data with your coach/instructor. I think you're estimate of 98% of the shots recorded is way to high, I typically have to add 8-10 strikes post game. Prior to Arccos I used Game Golf, which required tapping your club to the sensor prior to each stroke, a pain but you didn't miss any. I concur with everything you said about the data and analysis provided on-line. I was fortunate to have purchased the system in the beginning where you got a life-long subscription to Arccos without the annual payment. One suggestion to avoid the sensor from falling out of the club is use heat shrink tubing, never had a problem after I did that.
I got Arccos last year. I use my I-phone rather than than the belt thing even though one came with the package. What I have found after playing about 100 rounds with it is It's a great product but there can be issues. Here are my pros and cons. I love being able to look at it and see what my average club distances. After about 20 rounds, I really didn't use it a lot. What I did though was look at my distances to make sure they were still the same. What I did find was that I was about 6-8 yds shorter than I had always said my clubs went. Also I could delete my bad shots at the end of the round. An example would be if I hit a shot say over water but ended up in the water. So i drop the ball up at the hazard, Arccos would record the shot at where I hit my next shot which is right in one way but the distance of my previous shot could be off by 50-75yds. At The end of the round I would delete that shot because it was an abnormal shot. Another would be if the ind was extremely strong, i might hit a 6 iron from 100yds. I would also delete that shot because it was an abnormal shot. So if I thought my 7 iron went on average 145, Arccos told me it was about 138-141 so that changed what clubs I hit. I didn't use the caddie much. Once I could see what my average club distance was, I could judge the wind and conditions myself. The big cons that I found was that it missed a lot of putts and it missed a small number of shots per round. There was a 5 minute or so maintenance at the end of The round to delete all abnormal shots and to correct putts. I wasn't going to renew my membership but I got new clubs so I'll have to figure out if the new technology of clubs is going to add yards to my shots that I took from my 13 year old clubs. I do think they are definitely worth getting but to me, $150 a year membership is too rich for my blood. Across is a good product though
Tried to make them work for 5 years. Could not get the sensors to stay attached to the clubs. Lost at least one every 6 months. They especially hated my 5-iron. I developed sensor anxiety after having so many fall out of my grips. If I got going during a round, I could almost guarantee that a sensor would be left behind. Luckily, the manufacturer was very understanding and kept shipping me replacements. In addition to the sensors running away so often, mine missed about 15% of my shots. It wouldn’t always be the same club/sensor. One round the 7-iron’s just wouldn’t work; next round, it worked fine. I would check my phone after a couple of holes and find that multiple shots had been missed. Golf is a mental game that requires concentration, and this product makes it harder. I didn’t mind the money; the hassle was totally not worth it.
Great video! I just finished my 24th round with my Smart Sensors. I love that I don't have to remember to fill in my scorecard; the stats that they give are awesome. I knew, from just playing, before getting my sensors, that my 6i,7i, & 8i were "off", but after these rounds I now have data that I can bring to my local club maker and have the lofts/lies adjusted to what they should be. The Apple Watch is the way to go, it is amazing. The only quirk I find annoying, is that when I have to chip onto the green, if my clubs "clank" together, the watch will detect a shot, not a deal breaker, but definitely annoying. All in all, I'd recommend the Arccos system to anyone wanting to get more information about their game than just looking back at old scorecards!
The worst is when you hit a REALLY good shot or have a really memorable hole and you know it won't be added to your stats ha. Since so much of my golf these days is spent reviewing different products, I often don't get my full Arccos experience ha
Love Arccos so much using it already about 6 years, its great tool and they improve performance over the years. In combination with my Apple watch its awesome. What I do not like is the membership fee, its toooooo high. Around 40USD/year would acceptable, this is triple.
Great product…I own both…Still not sure which I prefer….I am someone who like to change clubs/grips a lot, so that’s a pain…but, the screw in ones do feel odd at the end of the club, especially if you are a end of the club gripper…they are 8g each, which can equate to a whole swing weight at the butt end of the club…The only issues I’ve had is if I wind up hitting a second shot for S&Gs, or putting in penalty shots…a little bit of a PITA. Overall though, I have had very few instances of the sensor not picking up a shot, and it’s easy in the software to add a shot after your round. I may add the sensor so I can use my phone with another app while playing….Bummer that the newest version requires an annual subscription (3rd gen?). I have the second gen, so I’ll just keep using them until the battery dies…
I used this for over a year. As a high handicap it's not worth it. You need to have consistency in order for the caddie feature to make sense. I will sometimes use a P or 9 around the green versus a wedge and it messed up my averages. Not to mention if it's cart path only the system glitches if you're carry multiple clubs. Great product for the low HC players but not for everyone
Has any Pro golfer used the Arccos Caddie to test it out and compare what the app gave for suggested clubs verses what the pro and caddie thought they should use? Would be a really interesting video or report to see the results.
Question: How does the club distance average handle chip out’s, or chip pitch shots. For example, If I hit an errant tee shot, and have to chip out sideways with a 7-iron, I’m only trying to advance the ball 20-50 yds, or, if I decide to hit a 9-Iron chip and run into the green? Wouldn’t that drag my full shot distance average way down?
Thank you for that comprehensive breakdown, subscribed. I was confused how this product worked and you did a great job. I do have a question though, as I'm not one (unfortunately) to stripe it middle of the fairway every time and 100% greens in regulation. How does it factor in things like penalty strokes or if you are under heavy trees and are having to punch out to the fairway? How about deciding to use a 7 iron for a bump and run? Wouldn't these sorts of things skew the club averages? I'm very interested in this system for that information so I have real world number for each club. Any responses are appreciated. I will say it also sucks to be forced to pay an annual membership as someone that lives in a cold weather climate and the season is only about 6 months at best.
You add the penalty strokes manually. And they've done a great job of creating a system called "Smart Distance". This throws out outliers with each club. To give you a true assessment of how far each club goes. So those 5 iron punch shots out of the trees? Those won't get factored in.
Great job on this video. Never knew this existed I’ve watched a couple of other videos, but because of this video I believe im going to make this purchase. Thankyouverymuch
Well, with my Golfshot app paired with the Apple Watch I get the same amount of information, while the shot detection is actually much better. The GPS is more precise and Golf Shot features better Satellite Images as it uses Google maps. I can also record all my rounds - just as Arccos. For a Price of 39 Dollars a year! Save the money and use another app. Arccos is aging fast, that is why everyone is getting free sensors with ping, Taylor made at the moment.
I’m liking this idea way better than the Arcrcos fee-you-to-death approach. One question …..do u have to get the Golfshot Pro app ($109) in order to be able to get the shot detection and caddie features? Still a lot cheaper and I do agree the mapping is better and more reliable
I'd love to see Arccos factor in your age and tees played from for most of it's stats, especially driving distance. I'm assuming a 5 handicap that is 25 can hit it a lot farther than a 5 Handicap that is 65. Plus, I'm assuming a 5 handicap that is 25 is playing longer yardage tees than someone that is 65. I'm thinking ideally, you would want to compare yourself with others playing similar overall yardages and in a similar age group
@@gomezx6056As much as you don’t need to play 50 rounds a year but could play only 49 and use arccos for the same price. Everyone has their way of seeing it. And let’s be honest, the vast majority of golfers will spend much more on gear or other things they don’t really need. Arccos on the other hand is IMO one of the best tool to use to get better at golf. Stats are so insightful and so fun to have
Main question I have is how does it know carry distances? So let's say my driver total distance is 280, and there's bunkers at 260. Would it know if I can carry them or not? Def going to try them out but that's the one thing I am uncertain about...
That's a great question, and honestly I dont think it has that specific data. So that's one where you'll just need to use your best judgement. Only way I know of to get carry distances is to spend some time on the range with a launch monitor.
I have the screw in type sensors. It seems to ALWAYS miss a lot of swing inputs. Also the correction process isnt all that great. They really need to work on getting it WAY better, i do like the fact that it does show how far im hitting my clubs and distances to the green.
I am a big fan of V1Game. I especially like seeing my trends by round. And being able to review courses and how others have done. Going to give Arccos a try. Hope it has similar data.
I don’t know if this is new information but if you buy a cobra club you get a free set of sensors but you do have to pay for the first year so about the same plus a new club
After 3 yrs with the original Arccos sensor kit which came with Arccos Caddie subscription, I decided its time for new sensors. I buy 3x5packs, one of which has a putter sensor. I pair one and everything is great. I pair the rest in one shot, now my account is gone until I pay $179 more for a 1yr subscription. I'm already about $400 into this thing with the initial bundle +replacements. Blows 🤬🤬🤬
I use the Arccos senors and my Apple watch to track my shots. I am looking to get a bluetooth speaker to use on course but I have heard that Arccos uses the bluetooth audio port for tracking and you can not connect a speaker to your phone while using arccos. Is this only an issue when you are using your phone to track shots and not a watch? Has anyone been able to use both a speaker and arccos at the same time?
Question, how does Arccos work when you take 2-3 extra clubs with you when hitting your 2nd shot? Sometimes when it’s “cart path only” rules, a player may take two or three clubs out of the bag, and walk to the ball, and select the best club for the shot. Do the sensors know which club actually hit the next shot?
Yeah it uses a combination of accelerometer and sound to be able detect which club your using. Every once in awhile it might detect a duplicate shot if you've pulled multiple clubs, but it happens rarely and is very easy to delete.
Agreed, it’s definitely upsetting. I have the same issue and have contacted them about it a few times, to no avail. That said, from their perspective, it just doesn’t make sense for them to offer a monthly option given how seasonal golf is. Their revenue stream would be cut in half as soon as courses close each year from people cancelling. They could raise their monthly rates to compensate for this, but at $25-$30/month, they’d be running a serious risk of completely pricing many people out of the market.
I purchased a Cobra driver and they sent me the extra sensors for free after I contacted them so that was a bonus. I have to say that the sensors do a very good job as you mentioned tracking the shots. Not perfect of course but very good overall. It can be a confidence beaker as well since everyone thinks they hit the ball farther than they actually do and the Arccos gives us a reality check with its readings. :) Having the phone in the pocket is not that big of a deal as you kind of forget about it. But it is annoying when you consistently have to take it out of your pocket for GPS readings, update shots, etc. during a round. And the battery drain isn't great either. I just purchased the Link and hope that it works as a great substitute.
I thought this was a great video, but I have one question! Does the app give you tips on your swing, or does it just give you the things that you should work on (like you explained in the video)?
Small concern is my bag. I have the Ogio silencer bag and the clubs lock in where the sensor would be. I’m worried they will break or fall off the club putting it in and pulling it out.
Hey, so I was wondering if you think this tool is better suited for low to mid handicaps? I feel like people with higher handicaps probably have more issues that wouldn't be solved by this data due to inconsistencies in their game. That's just a thought though.
Have you ever tried the C10s? Seems like a cheaper alternative especially if you already have a Garmin watch, but no one seems to review them so maybe theyre crap!
I love the idea of it but in practice it misses nearly all my chips/pitches near green then when I know I need to add the shot in while I’m in the cart the damn thing won’t let me bc it thinks I’m on the next hole. That + it slipping out after EVERY swing has me wanting the best alternative to Arrcos when my year ends
This may have been asked and answered, but when playing with a friend in a cart, you drive to their ball. How does it know it’s not yours when you stop?
Hi from Australia, at our club we use the MiScore app to submit our scores so if using the system i would be constantly swapping between apps would this be a problem.
If you have a newer Apple Watch, like atleast series 6, I’d recommend that. If you have an older one, the battery might struggle, so I’d go with the link.
Oh and two other things: 1. I wish you could change the shot to a chip when you using a wedge for chipping. You have to record the shot as a putt and then change to a chip. Or am I missing something? 2. The Arccos desktop dashboard is pretty awesome with it's data. But what the heck is a Driving Handicap and Approach Handicap?! The little "i" icons don't tell you much. For driving it was giving me a 30 handicap on most courses and compared it with a 17.5 or something like that. And a Google search turned up nothing on those. I'm confused on those and would like to know what the heck those mean.
I’m just getting back into golf and told the fitter I wanted to use Arccos on all my clubs so I’m pretty happy to see you’ve had success with it. Question: How important is a range finder when using Arccos? There’s a lot of expense getting back into the game (I’m starting from nothing as I sold all my old equipment several years ago) and I’m trying to decide what I need now versus I could get later, if at all.
Honestly, it will work great as a rangefinder. Its even better than other GPS apps like Golfshot or GolfLogix, and will get you 95% of the way there when compared to a rangefinder. You'll spend more time looking at your phone, so as long as you're ok than that - then it'll work great. And if you have an Apple Watch? It's even better, as you can just glance at your wrist for distances.
I don't like that subscription jail that forces you to pay forever. For that reason, I went for CT-10 and S62 Garmin watch. They are amazing toys, though.
How long does the distance per club take to update if you were to buy new clubs that allowed you more distance. Moving from a very beginner golfer to decent? I’m at this stage now. As you’ve just swapped over to new clubs and it’s the first round. Obviously the yardages will be out on this round. But for the next.l round how long does it take to adjust the averages?
when you add your new club, you can put in your club’s data (name, club, etc…), and the average counter will start over…So if you go from a Titleist club to a Callaway, when you move your sensor to the Callaway, you would re-pair the sensor to the new club and re-name the club…then it should start you over with your longest shot, average distance, etc….
I am from wayne co. I golf at Sodus bay. I am thinking of getting it. I see you play a local course. Love the course still never played the west. But regardless of that would you be free to see this system? I live in Marion. It’s asking a lot I know but love to see it in person?
Hey have a question for you. I am waiting for my sensors and link but want to get an opinion. I have a home sim do you think I should I take the sensors off while home if the clubs are constantly in use but not usuing arccos. what are your thoughts?
UPDATE: I can't believe I didn't know this after 2 years, but the sensors ARE removable in the grips. So you do not need to replace your entire grip if one happens to die. This is 1) Fantastic news. and 2) I apologize for not understanding this correctly!

If the sensors are removable, is there any significant difference between the two systems?
Wait so can you even buy grips without the sensor but with the hole for it? I don't see them on their website.
How long do the sensors last. I mean I don't want to pay $120-$150 every two years because the batteries die.

Not only to track shots, but you can easily set where the flag is on the green when you walk to the green. Great function. And then the software is second to none…
Just ordered the starter kit which is the sensors, link, and membership. Can’t wait to use it
I'm newly in to my Arccos journey, 36 rounds of golf last week, however, I wanted to share this note. If you use your phone or Apple Watch for shot detection you CAN NOT play music via bluetooth. Luckily I carry multiple phone for work but I'm switching to the Arccos Link for shot detection for this fact alone.
This is a huge deal in my world
Thank you. Found BE two days ago looking for a rangefinder deal…bought Arccos instead. I am looking forward to it.
I got some free sensors when I purchased a driver last year and it’s honestly awesome to have.
That was such a good video! I used to have arccos with my last clubs and watching this has made me want it again!
I got Cobra Speedzone irons set and a Radspeed Driver, all came with the sensor grips
I have used superglue on the screw-in sensors as I found the tape distracting.. I figet with sh*t with too much..
You can replace the sensors in a smart grip if they go bad. They just pop out and the new one pops back in.
I just subbed bro this has helped me with so many choices keep it up and thank you
Great video, really helpful so thanks for posting it. Black Friday deal got me 30% off and your code got me another 15% off….. bonus.
Great video. I was on the fence before but I think I’m gonna pull the trigger now. Thanks!!
Your videos are fantastic…. Super insightful and entertaining. Keep it up brother
I was about to spend $600 on the R10 launch monitor but this seems far more game improving. Thanks.
Same, I’m only 11 rounds in and it feels so weird without it now.
Been using arccos for over a year now and it definitely has a lot of issues tracking shots for me
Great product…I own both…Still not sure which I prefer….I am someone who like to change clubs/grips a lot, so that’s a pain…but, the screw in ones do feel odd at the end of the club, especially if you are a end of the club gripper…they are 8g each, which can equate to a whole swing weight at the butt end of the club…The only issues I’ve had is if I wind up hitting a second shot for S&Gs, or putting in penalty shots…a little bit of a PITA.
Great video! Anyway you can do a review and or a comparison to the Garmin C10s?
Would love to see this comparison as well!
I purchased something like this years ago and put the red sensors in my grips. Never used it once.
Excellent helpful review man thanks!
Did you ever get an answer to your question
Great review. Are you back to using Arccos or still using the new Garmin watch?
Great job on this video. Never knew this existed
I’ve watched a couple of other videos, but because of this video I believe im going to make this purchase.
Gender, too! 👵
I was 100% sold right up yo the place where you said its $155 a year to use the app… 😔
you spend well over that on balls and rounds anyway
It’s funny how people justify spending money.. you need balls and T times to play, you do not need Arccos to play…
Stats are so insightful and so fun to have
Is this useful ? yes...subscribed
Appreciate you!
Great review. Thanks for the discount code from a new subscriber 👍
Have you found a solution for this?
@@serasi4651 Actually i quit using them..i havent played golf in a while..so no sense in paying for a subscription im not using.
Good honest opinion, now is the 12.00 a month worth it????
I was surprised to see your putting stats! Any plans to test one of the LAB Golf putters?!
Great review!!! I love my Arccos!
Do these work on the driving range, or just on course? Really needing to hone in yardages. Thanks for the video, great stuff!!
I would love for you to compare this to V1 Game…I think is very similar
I am a big fan of V1Game. I especially like seeing my trends by round. And being able to review courses and how others have done. Going to give Arccos a try. Hope it has similar data.
I don’t know if this is new information but if you buy a cobra club you get a free set of sensors but you do have to pay for the first year so about the same plus a new club
Any thoughts on the Garmin approach ct10? Trying to decide between the two.
I took the decision for the Garmin S62 watch and the CT-10 sensors. Happy with them.
The garmin sensors are great, but the app has almost no data in it. The data is the major selling point of arccos
I use my 8 iron for chipping and knock down 6 and 7 irons, I guess you can change the data to compensate 🤔
My question is how does the system deal with practice swings as part of your routine? Does it double count swings or does it measure ball impact?
Hey Sean, do you do your editing in-house? I’ve been looking for someone to help me with editing and I love the style of your videos!
Great review
Question, how does Arccos work when you take 2-3 extra clubs with you when hitting your 2nd shot? Sometimes when it’s “cart path only” rules, a player may take two or three clubs out of the bag, and walk to the ball, and select the best club for the shot. Do the sensors know which club actually hit the next shot?
Yeah it uses a combination of accelerometer and sound to be able detect which club your using. Every once in awhile it might detect a duplicate shot if you've pulled multiple clubs, but it happens rarely and is very easy to delete.
As someone who lives in a climate with winter seasons, kinda upsetting that you can only by acros annually and not month by month.
I love my Arcoss and link
FYI if you have a newer apple watch (or probably google watch) you don't need to have phone/pocket, the watch microphone will be used to track shots
Stuck between garmin s70, Z30 and ct10 or Apple Ultra, arccos and Z30. Which has the better AI Caddie?
I thought this was a great video, but I have one question! Does the app give you tips on your swing, or does it just give you the things that you should work on (like you explained in the video)?
Small concern is my bag. I have the Ogio silencer bag and the clubs lock in where the sensor would be. I’m worried they will break or fall off the club putting it in and pulling it out.
Does it allow you to keep score as well?
I love my arccos because I don’t have to think about my score while playing
Did you mention it’s a subscription and what the annual cost is, and annual cost per rounds depending on the number of rounds you play?
New subscriber from Australia, love the sound of arccos, does it tell you flag distance with slope or do you need a rangefinder also?
It does not, the map is worthless in game
Do the sensors pair with the smart grips? My iron set came with the grips but looking to add the sensors on my other clubs
But are they legal to have on the club in usga play ? I just bought the sensors to practice and get feedback without buying a launch monitor
Nice Ad!
If using arccos with the apple watch, does your watch give you the caddy recommendations?
Hey, so I was wondering if you think this tool is better suited for low to mid handicaps? I feel like people with higher handicaps probably have more issues that wouldn't be solved by this data due to inconsistencies in their game. That's just a thought though.
Have you ever tried the C10s? Seems like a cheaper alternative especially if you already have a Garmin watch, but no one seems to review them so maybe theyre crap!
Yep! I’ve actually reviewed them here: breakingeighty.com/garmin-ct10-sensors-review
@@breakingeighty thank youuuu!
Is the caddy feature conforming per the rules of golf?
Does the screw sensors need to be charged often? Can you cancel after a free year of membership?
I love the idea of it but in practice it misses nearly all my chips/pitches near green then when I know I need to add the shot in while I’m in the cart the damn thing won’t let me bc it thinks I’m on the next hole. That + it slipping out after EVERY swing has me wanting the best alternative to Arrcos when my year ends
Can you use it in medals?
Hi. Is it try that version 2 sensors not need yearly membership fee?? If yes, is it the same app.
This may have been asked and answered, but when playing with a friend in a cart, you drive to their ball. How does it know it’s not yours when you stop?
does it log practice swings as a stroke?
Hi from Australia, at our club we use the MiScore app to submit our scores so if using the system i would be constantly swapping between apps would this be a problem.
Would you recommend the link vs Apple Watch? For the AI Caddie info, I’ve been using Golfshot because of this feature as a new golfer.
If you have a newer Apple Watch, like atleast series 6, I’d recommend that. If you have an older one, the battery might struggle, so I’d go with the link.
how to i get my club distances to show up?
The subscription was the deal breaker for me. Especially not being able to Pay monthly or cancel for the winter.
It’s only $12.00 a month, what’s the problem?
It’s not 12 dollars a month. It’s 144 a year. There is no monthly option, which is the point i was trying to make. I don’t play half the year.
I love Arccos but also carry a rangefinder because I have had instances in the past with issues getting courses to download
Haha nvm I just bought it thank you great honest review
Do you have to charge the grip sensors? If so, how?
No, they have batteries built into them. You'll need to change them every 2-3 years.
Hey have a question for you. I am waiting for my sensors and link but want to get an opinion. I have a home sim do you think I should I take the sensors off while home if the clubs are constantly in use but not usuing arccos. what are your thoughts?
I'd leave them on. It's way too much work to. constantly take them on and off. They should still have years of life in them.
Really basic question, does your phone have to be ON if one is wearing an Apple watch?
