Time to finally take a look at the "JieShuo" RX 6700 XT off AliExpress. At $275 (on 5/28) this thing has the potential to be an amazing gem, or an expensive heap of e-waste. Is it a 6700 XT? Does it work? Is it a GTS 450 mailed as a cruel joke?

Thanks for the vid. Good to hear that it's clean and has good temperatures. There's a few different cards at the same price, namely 3 fan AsRock, wonder if it'll have an even better cooling🤔

It's actually kind of a shame this card is as pristine as it is, because it makes me want to keep it!
I've been eyeing up the definitely-not-a-PowerColor-Fighter RX 6700s (the 10GB ones) that have been popping up for ~$239USD as a follow-up to this, but now I'm also seeing $110 Vega 64s and now 3050s are appearing...so many choices, ugh.
Good stuff, had a feeling it'll be decent, most AliExpress cards are just rebranded exmined cards, there's no issues with mined cards if they've been looked after.

For me this GPU on Aliexpres is around 280 USD, free shipping, while locally in my country (Chile) is 300 USD used on facebook, 360 USD used from stores, and 420 USD brand new... so yeah, it's a good deal 👍🏻

En Argentina esta caro las graficas pero no tanto como otra tecnologia como celulares,tv o repuestos de autos,pero son algo desconfiados el correo/aduana aunque lei que no abren paquetes eso es ilegal "creo"

@@user-kv5he9np2ySiii En muchos países no abren los paquetes porque muchas veces es por las protecciones más que nada que le colocan, o si algún paquete parece sospechoso. Pero en AliExpress saben cómo pasar eso de una así que tranqui.
Im thinking of buying the jieshuo 6700xt. Really hope everything will go well lol. Just 2 questions, was the seller you bought it from "nishijie store"? And which colour was yours, black im assuming, as they have several options

Did you test it with OCCT VRAM test? Since it's not 100% new it seems also quite important
Oversight on my part, I'll try to get that done and maybe post it as a Short or something? I let it loop on Time Spy for 2 hours to test the stability but didn't really think to do more. Whoops.

Now JieShuo if you can read this, 6600M GPU on a low profile desktop form factor PCB (use the Nvidia A2000 or 1650 low profile for comparison). There are literally millions of office desktop Hp and Dell that we budget gamers repurpose but lack a good option for GPU. Please make this happen.
That might be more an SJS thing to do, but that is a righteous idea! Even a low-pro 1660S would be a huge step up from what is available to a normal person; a 6600M at the $200 price point would be god tier for dumpster Dell gaming!

Definitely! Although finding it sold with free shipping is getting tougher.
If it weren't for the RX 6800 I already have, I would've kept this as my personal card.

It's kind of crazy how good a deal that's looking right now. All AMD cards are stupidly priced in the UK right now.
@B1G_Dave I ended up putting this one into a build for someone, and now that prices are creeping up on everything, I am finding myself contemplating a second one as a dedicated benchmarking card.
@@doesitgame Just a question about the clocks on these cards. The listing says the memory is clocked at 1600mhz, where as the 6700xt reference has it listed at 2000mhz. What did GPUZ report the clocks at?

Hey got my 6700XT yesterday, also Jieshuo but really a Asrock Challenger, made a video, 6800 will be my next card if the prices falls a little in price.
How do prices in the UK look for both the 6800XT and 7700XT?

@AlexHusTech Oof, well £320 sounds like a steal and I'd go for that in a heartbeat. I've had four JieShuo-badged cards through here already, and they have all been great, so I'd confidently buy another.

yeah comparision between used card cheaper 40 bucks vs brand new is such a great deal...
Tried to address that in the conclusions. It's only a good value for anyone in the States if the warranty is actually honored if needed.
But for the other ~7,700,000,000 people on Earth it's a much better option. It's undercutting the 6650 XT by a significant amount in Canada, for example.
More chinese cards please new o rebufushed, 200-400 USD for my case no more.. but wanna know if exist a 6800 or 3080 for 350-370 usd in aliexpress

Uh, I wouldn't buy from Ali Express. Once I bought a PC part from there. What I got was a box of rocks. Yes, rocks! No kidding. Terrible company.
AliExpress is a marketplace, not a seller. That experience sounds like a perfect opportunity to use their 75 day buyer protection, though!
I bet you didn't even saw the seller's reputation.. I've bought around 40 things total from Aliexpress, including expensive PC parts.. never been scammed

lol thats your call. It's a much better cooler design than some previous MSI offerings, like the Armor series, but if it's not your favorite no one can hold that against you.
There are a few other variants on offer. There are reference cards and at least one triple fan model being sold.
@@doesitgame I have the Gigabyte RX 6700 XT Eagle (WindForce 3X). clocked it at 2650 MHz, 2150 MHz on VRAM with fast timings. +10% power and MSI Afterburner says my GPU temp is running at 66C while gaming. So I am solid on my end. lol
I saw Reddit posts about the mech and saw that MSI priced this card bargain bin. 1+1=...
