I am making my dream board and your videos are always invaluable. Great pedal. Especially with reverb and space echo pairings. Brings out those smokey sepia toned warped vinyl sounds.
your riff @4:03 is musical confectionary. what a marvelous piece of work, just found your channel hunting for SW settings. this is how i wish all pedal demos worked -with the knob and signal flow to recreate these recipies!
Great demo and playing! I still feel like I'm discovering new settings on the Shallow Water all the time, so it's always cool to see what others are using. 4:54- so dreamy...
Megan, as usual: appreciating your thoughtfulness, originality, and style. You highlighted this pedal's abilities and charm in ways I hadn't seen yet, and I've had my eye on this one for well over a year. Thank you.
Oh, I recognise that motif in the final 45 seconds... I heard it in an anime but I can't remember which one! Anyway, lovely playing. Shallow Water really does have an "aliveness" to its movements that a lot of other pedals (even lofi ones) just don't.
Sounds great. Did you mess at all with the internal LPG trimmer? Also, with the LPG maxed did you find it added a lot of white noise? I really like mine but am still figuring it out.
No haven't mess with it yet, actually just found out about it today haha. When the control is maxed there is some white noise that fades in and out, you can hear it a bit on the clip with the delay before it. I could see where it'd be unwanted in some situations but you gotta embrace the lo-fi :D
my goodness.

The piece that starts in at the 8 min mark is pure perfection! Love the subtle complexity the Shallow Water adds.
That piece is my little rendition of One Summer's Day by Joe Hisaishi - the full thing is such a beautiful song, very emotive :)
Such a rad demo. Got mine a few weeks ago and it’s so musical and inspiring. Thanks for sharing this!
