I first discovered I had CD by searching the internet, when I asked a neurologist if my Occipital Neuralgia could be coming from my Cervical Stenosis, he replied absolutely!
Then I asked if my Cervicogenic dizziness could be related, he said “ I don’t know anything about that” and left the room.
But my relentless search lead me to you, now I know the type of Dr. I need to search for!
No other Chiropratic has been able to relate. How do I go about coming to you for as many sessions as necessary?
And please keep these videos coming. No one here in Cincinnati has any idea what I’m going through.

If you cannot find a chiropractor who has experience in your area - then you may try and find a physio that has experience with CGD as well...it is hard to predict the length of treatment or sessions, as that is dependent on what is found in the examination. Take care and thanks for commenting! :)

For 18 months, I have been suffering from this dizziness and vertigo. I visited many doctors in my country. The doctors made me feel more depressed and frustrated...but thank God I searched a lot on the internet until I was able to access this wonderful channel and I started downloading the videos and translating the English words that the doctor spoke into my Arabic language, and this took me a lot of effort, then I started applying the exercises in full in the beginning. The exercises made me feel frustrated because I did not feel better...but during the fourth month of exercising I began to notice an improvement of 60-70%...while in the first and second months I did not feel any improvement, and in the third month the pain, dizziness and vertigo began to disappear and then return during A short time, but now, thank God, I am in good health. Thank you, excellent doctor

Yes, you are correct, wonderful doctor, as you said in one of your videos that this type of vertigo and dizziness that accompanies neck pain is the worst type, as it requires exercise for up to 6 months. Also, those suffering from this type are overcome by frustration and depression to the point of thinking about suicide... and this is the thing that I used to feel... but because you spoke in one of your videos that exercise requires patience and continuity for a period that may reach 6 months, this is the motivation that gave me the motivation to continue and Carry on.. The truth is, you deserve all the words of thanks and appreciation, and they are few for you, angel in the form of a doctor

So relieved to find your professional information. I am feeling more hopeful again .
Recent increase in pressure and pain in my neck and mid back could be what's causing the onset of dizziness, shortness of breath and what feels like lack of oxygen to the brain.
Two weeks ago it started with a 'one night only' of 5 separate episodes of vertigo in 5 hours, never before experienced. Stage II at my neck and onset curvature of the spine at mid back. Will try rolled towel exercise and see if there's some relief. I'm early 60. Time takes it's toll. One day at a time 🤗

Hello.I am a 70 year old woman who has had what I believe is neck related dizziness for fifteen years. This was caused by a RSI and I live with the unpleasant sensation every day. Is it too late for me to see any improvement in this condition. I have this condition when ever I am moving ,walking etc.

hi. I noted that when you went to lay your skull across the towel as you tucked you also extended your rib cage. I do this but then I correct myself bc it causes me to hunch my shoulders where the chiro is training to lower my shoulders.
I suffer from the wavy feeling 24/7 since this past Feb and before that it would be here and there. It caused me to fall and break my leg last Feb. Have been (mis)diagnosed with Meniere's, bppv, and nothing to do for it. I did go to a balance specialist who conducted some tests and declared its not bppv but I think it has to related as I cant turn my head without my brain swimming and my eyes shift but now always.. also have lost hearing 2months ago in my right ear wth a feeling of pressure and the ear will not pop to relieve pressure. THANKS JON!

After I did some of your neck exercises for cervicogenic dizziness (another video of yours) the vertigo symptoms were essentially gone.

I've been struggling with vertigo since 1990 due to a vestibular disorder. In June 2022 , I had open heart surgery to replace a mitral valve and have not had a vertigo episode since. I'm struggling with this dizziness or drowsiness, maybe brain fog? Meds don't help. Have thought of maybe quit taking them altogether. Have read about PPPD and it's symptoms and have started home exercises for that. Can I incorporate this cervicogenic exercise with my routine?

can this also goes togheter with constant eye lid twitching / tingling twichtes around the mouth? I have this now constantly for 6 months, non stop.
And maybe with blurryness (that i have sometimes since 16+ years). Note: my neck always cracks when I turn it and is always tensed.
I have lower backpains ever since, that show up multiple times a year and experts cant find the root cause of that.
Im strugling, docters dont cooperate here in the netherlans, they are all on their own island. Next month I have a MRI of the brain.
I would like to have some guidance, as I feel lost after many years of always having pain and disturbances.
