    Definitely using this for my conditioning. I am Gifted with Speed with my hands, legs and overall relaxes but I gas out quick. I hope this improve my speed endurance

    I only have a air bike. How much rpm or watts would that be equivalent to 20 - 22km.

    We can use a regular treadmill for this right? Just set incline to 1.5% as stated in the video?

    Do we do this before a boxing session or after? Or we just dont mix it with a boxing training?

    Should you go for max effort every sprint or should you try perform every sprint around 90% max effort?

    So is this whole process then repeated another 2 times? Do you rest for 1 minute after all the clusters are finished before repeating?

      Yes perform 3 reps in total - rest 1 minute between sets

    What type training can i combine with this for a perfect session?
    Like
    1.warm up
    2. Technic/Shadowboxing or something else
    3. This hiit 3x3
    4. Core training+ cool down ?

    i dont think that heart rate values are real, it seems too low for that effort, anyway maybe i am wrong.

      It's 93% of his maximum heart rate, that's definitely not low.

      am i wrong with that readings on the screen?
      i saw 93 heart rate but just confused i see there is a 178, i think i dont know how to read those datas, thanks anyway
