    I like your all videos I want personal training I want to do something but I don't have money 🥺🥺 I always try to do self but I don't have equipment

      @@bulelanibele1767 no i want her/him to think rationally and do what they can w what they have. Calesthenics is an excellent alternative for the "equipments" that's unaffordable for them atm.

      Are you are fan of jogging? Or should boxers just do sprints? A good friend of mines told me I don’t have todo long jogs; like these long marathon style running.

      I’d need to come up with another idea I can use to mimic these workouts.
