The crazy part is she didn't think it was THAT dirty. She messaged "I saw that the cleaning fees don't necessarily apply to loose trash and stuff, but for full disclosure, there is some. I had always planned to get it detailed, and if you'll allow me, I'd like to take on whatever cleaning invoice you get. Even if Turo doesn't decide a cleaning fee is needed on top of the body damage."
@@CarSharingJho that is crazy I’m really sorry to hear that I think this is my worst nightmare I have 2 cars listed in Turo so far I’ve only had minor bumper and taillight damage but a total loss would really aggravate me 😭
If turo allowing you to keep the car with a salvage title you can fix it and sell it for 4k with a R Title. Those repairs will cost you less then a thousand to fix. Body work and all.
Turo wanted $2,200 for me to keep it. I honestly don’t think it was worth it. The suspension has issues from the front wheel where it was sideswiped. The door jambs were damaged. Windshield had cracked. Plus a lot of other little things I didn’t mention on the video. The worst part though was how disgusting the interior was. I’ve never seen a car this gross in my life. I just wanted it out of my life at that point. lol.

It was over $8k! So that’s why it was deemed a total loss.
