JR, I love this. I ordered one earlier today. I'm having shoulder replacement surgery on my non-bowling shoulder in a few weeks and won't be able to bowl for at least two or three months. This tool will let me work on my release while I'm out. I'm one of the old-ER guys but am committed to evolving with the sport.
I noticed on your website that the release tool is currently unavailable, and I wanted to reach out to see if you have plans to bring it back or if there's an option for backordering. I truly appreciate the value of this tool and would love the opportunity to get my hands on it. Thank you for your assistance!
I believe in supporting the channel. So Obviously I'd recommend JR's first. But I did find one on Etsy that I ordered b/c I was in the same boat as you. It is roughly the same price. There are much more expensive ones out there that I avoided.
My Friday night practice night was absolutely phenomenal !!! ... I absolutely was NAILING my release .. best practice night of all time. I had it down, like downtown brown down .. absolutely fantastic, felt so good, best rev rate I have ever done with so little effort. Felt like I was throwing it just like Kris Prather .. But I just couldn't quite get it during Sunday night league though. Gotta get that Friday night feeling back. It was sooooo good! ... Thank JR !!! .. you have been helping me TONS!!!
Order is in ! Looking forward to using it, my biggest issue is sometimes I am over the ball! not being the ball under like you should be! And when practicing no step & one step drills! It all works great ! But put it all to the approach, whether 4steps or 5 steps approach, game over!
Received mine in the mail on Saturday. Love how this works. Only issue is the material, which slides on a smooth surface. Thinking about getting some rubber pads to put on the bottom so it won’t slide.
I design and build electronics, you can easily attach an arduino and a laser sensor for recording or displaying rpm’s. Honestly I 3d print as well so I’ll probably just build my own. I’ve also adapted a laser pointer to a tripod that displays the beam line on the lane to help with targeting. It will allow the beam to shine right on the ball and you can get a better visual sense of following your lay down/ arrow and breakpoint targets. Used one from KTC and decided to make one. You can reach out and I’ll help if you are interested in building and selling them.
Does thumb come out while fingers are at 12 oclock and then you rotate with fingers in the ball or do you rotate to 11 oclock and then thumb comes out and then fingers. Looks like you are rotating to the position you want and then the thumb comes out followed by fingers?
It's the most talked about as that's what everyone hears from other that your release is bad, but most of the time it's because of something way earlier in the approach. Bowlers should let coaches coach lol.
Absolutely. I practice my approach to no end because generally if something is not right, I can trace it back to my approach. It is the foundation. It starts from the second you first stand on the lane.
@@lonestarpatriot876 for some it could before they even step on the lane. Pre shot routine is very important and often forgotten. Have to get your mind right, bowling is as much mental as it is physical.
@@BACKBOWLPROSHOPI 100% agree. I have the same pre-shot routine and it never changes. I also am always watching the other bowlers. The mental part is critical and often gets overlooked. When things are not going right it is easy to lose confidence or question yourself. You need to believe in yourself, your routine, and the work you put in.
Can anyone in the comments vouch for the effectiveness of this? I’ve always really struggled with my release and I’m looking for different options to try to practice, especially at home

@@Gbuck426 good idea. I might try something especially with the new base I’m making
Can you calculate your rev rate when using this? I’m curious if you can get the same rev rate as you do on the lane.
I ordered today. Thank you!
Just got mine! 👊
Got mine

I was hoping you would show two handed examples with the trainer as well. Overall, looks like a great complimentary tool for training!
Your video just popped up in my feed. Store says trainer is sold out. Will you be getting any more of this hot selling item in stock?
Trying to find out where I order.????? Clicked on store and not there.:(

Your link is not working.
Will you be selling more? I just saw this video. Thx.
Yes. I’ll have a waitlist up for the next batch in the next day or so
This link doesn’t work. I’m trying to get the release trainer. I signed up and everything but says item can’t be found 🤷🏼♂️
Believe it or not, we had already sold out...in one day! But 50 more have been added and the link is back up.

Cool video talk tech bowling Jr Raymond
Can’t believe it. I just saw this and all sold out. Really disappointed. Price was too good to believe , others tooooo expensive. Really wanted one. 😢
More will be coming. Waitlist for next batch will be up soon
Dang, these things are selling fast.
The ball falls right off this thing, no matter how little pressure I spin the ball. $50 down the drain.
@@seanboogie10 that’s the point. If you do it wrong it goes off. Stop hitting up and out on the ball. So it’s working exactly how it’s supposed to
@Tenpindoctors So how am I supposed to hit it?
@@seanboogie10 just posted a new video addressing this
@Tenpindoctors OK, thanks. I watched you're first video three or four times. Hopefully this one will fix my problem. Thx
