@@prayashgurung9320 Yep, expect nothing and you won't get disappointed. Blizzard has been lying and lying and management simply sucks and nothing will ever change. Otherwise enjoy the game while it is alive and that is pretty much it. If something better comes up we all hop to next one and forget this one.
I have never seen a company back pedal on their own mistakes since Bethesda.

Theyre slowly reverting it back to OW1 too, bringing back cc slowly until its ow1 with paywalls
OW2 is just OW1 minus a tank. I only wanted OW2 for the campaign as it was promised. I would very happily play another game if I could just find one that I could get in to. Been searching for a new game for months.
Yeah transitioned a lot into other games myself already, barely (if at all) completing the weeklies anymore. Want to try warframe a bit more maybe. I know some people have been suggesting either paladins or tf2. Personally I didn't like paladins and tf2 just doesn't seem for me.
TF2 will always be a good game to play, but S&Box will be coming out soon, so that might be a good game to try.
There is gundam evolution if you are a big fan of hero shooters. New season just started a week or so ago. But I would also recommend deep rock galactic if you were really set on the pve. That's probably more your alley

Blizzard is probably the only studio that fell this low and this hard from grace. Not even CDPR fell this hard after CP77's release.
I'm glad you're so candid man. Truth be told I unistalled right after they said that not only was the orignal PVE cancelled but it was cancelled months before the game even launched..... The game MIGHT have been fun but with blizzard at the wheel and how they have been treating their products lately I just don't see them making anything good or worthwhile in the longtime.
Imagine watching a TV series and you have to try and piece together the plot with 3 new episodes EVERY YEAR.
What clown at Blizzards thought this was a good idea.

played the first couple of seasons of OW2 pretty much in the hopes that something would change and at this point I'm just done. I played this game pretty much exclusively for many years and I'm just done. Done waiting. Done being lied too, done being disappointed. Life is to short and time to valuable to wait around for a company that clearly no longer cares.
I uninstalled after one day of Season 5, I’m a lot happier in life without it.
I cannot be surprised by that after the announcement of the canceled pve system they were working on but it's sad too think how much the universe of overwatch will be hard to follow by a gameplay not as good as we going to have and I can't go on overwatch without this thinking
karq is always critical of the game, he just doesn't rage bait on his titles and he has a positive personality but he will still tell you thinks like they are
I'm sure the PvE is okay. I wonder what he had to say about the Archives events...I personally loved Retribution, followed by Storm Rising, and then Uprising being annoying cuz of the tower defense on the payload.

With every news report from this game i'm more and more glad that i ditched it before they added the 2
-4 years in the dump
But that was to be expected... 2-3 Seasons of break between each story mission is only reasonable.
Season 6 starts mid august and will last till november. So bruh... ofc they will not release another story mission next season, dunno why everyone is so shocked about that

I mean im not supprised at all i expected it to be pathetic they removed our favourite events they removed our fav loot boxes that we used to get every level up and kept giving us cash skins emotes and all the good stuff,they removed flex giving us cash so we can buy stuff , they removed all the great features ow1 had and gave us this shit , a lvl 65 battlepass that gives us a fken hat for legendary this was their great idea not giving the 2cnd color second wepon of the variation but just the fken hat... , The battle pass is pathetic the monetization is fken shit , i got 28k credits that i cant use for shit whats the point of this game anymore 3 week to grind out the battlepass and 8weeks of playing other games until new battlepass drops

this is a sentiment I've seen around a bit, I'm genuinely past the point of passionately being hurt or upset by news like this and have moved onto barely even caring enough to still follow news. After season 6 overwatch will likely just be one of those games I used to play.

Stop playing OW right after Rammatra released because I thought they were lazy af in the non role que tank balance, imagine just having a DPS but less damage output and a bigger hitbox. Awesome. Bastion has more effective health than Doomfist.
We're basically getting a $15 demo but actually its a third of the game.

i'm not complaining. i would *not* have wanted PvE to launch the way it is now. in fact, i'm relieved to hear this.
i want them to genuinely take their time on it and actually make it fun and replayable. part of how they can do that is making the levels/objectives better, improving on the AI, and adding an AI director like L4D2 and a bunch of other current PvE games have.
here's to hoping they'll actually do their research this time instead of trying to sell us a more polished Archives.

1000 devs on team 4, can't make a good PvP game, and can't make a good PvE game. If they could atleast make a game without gamebreaking bugs that would be cool, but even hero unlocks have been glitched for 2 weeks now. (if you do practice range first, your wins get stuck at 34/35)
bro where you saw they have 100 devs it's like 160-200, they said they have more than double than ow1 which had about 80 devs
I think once everyone will forget about ow blizzard will realize what they did

Well recommend we don't blame the devs and instead blame the higher ups like bobby since they are the ones that make these decisions and game directors just have to follow
its a joint effort to make the game dogshit. Bobby isn't balancing the game, but god knows thats been an abomination since before OW2 even launched. Bobby definitely didn't come up with the hindered grenade. Bobby DID commit fraud, but these devs being dogshit is a separate issue to what the execs are pulling

I feel like they could just finish the story then release it and work on it while working on pvp like there are a lot of ways to work on the game pvp area and the pve area heck im sorry but i feel like patching the game would not be ready that hard heck the current problem there trying to mess with is zen orb if you don't lower disorb to 10% extra dng instead of what the 20% it at? I get balancing a game is hard but it mostly just numbers it not fixing bugs heck they could even give us a test sever

I downloaded OW2 looking to play a game that I’ve never played before and I immediately logged hundreds of hours into it (somehow) I was having so much fun that it didn’t feel like hundreds of hours. hearing everything that their community has been looking forward to just to constantly be let down has made me not even consider booting up the game anymore it’s not that bad for me because I only downloaded it 4 maybe 5 months ago but people have been playing OW for years and it seems they just let the fans down they really don’t deserve their community:/
