Cohh, they do run out of blood, eventually. There are many names for it depending on the mythos but basically they become a corpse until they get more blood from some source. But they cannot "die" from a lack of blood.

Wanted to watch this with Banishers having just been released.. I've started this game a couple years ago, but never finished it, though I really enjoyed it.. just didn't have time. Excited to see Cohh play it now though.. that said, thinking about this and Detroit: Become Human (it's been mentioned a few times now) being released shortly after each other is crazy.. I wouldn't have thought of Detroit as a 5 year old game now.. wow.
