OVEN TEMPERATURE: 180°C /360°F
Ingredients:
6 Chicken leg quarters (soft chicken)
Carrots
Potatoes
Dry Rub Mix:
1 5 tbsp Garlic Powder
1.5 tbsp Onion Powder
1.5 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Dried Thyme
1.5 tbsp Creole Seasoning
1 tbsp Chinese 5 spice
1 tbsp Chicken seasoning
/Stock cubes (I used Knorr Chicken Bouillon cubes)
Salt to taste
Oven temperature: 180°C / 360°F

Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe. It was delicious and super easy to make. We made it for our friends for Christmas and went down well.
In addition to the roasting, we also broiled at the end to give is some crispiness, which worked out well I think.

Hmmm, I had said I wasn’t doing any cooking this Christmas but this is straightforward enough, so I will definitely try this, where did you get the Chinese ingredient, the 5 Chinese spice? I also use the Suya spice for my chicken & it works really well too 🙂
