I appreciate your effort to include the Deaf audience by adding caption to this video! I'll share it with one of my friends and post it on my Facebook profile.

Education should never discriminate! It's the Physical Therapist inside me. Thanks, Azael! I try to caption all my videos. I do these types of videos every Wednesday. Stop by again!

Great video, but I absolutely loved it when Ginger appeared then climbed on top of you and Candy joined haha. Animals rule.

Stimbling on to your videos is one of the best things that have happened...Your insight and "thinking out of the box" gives one a more appreciate view of the body and all its ensuing issues. Good work!

how to keep from hunching over while writing at a desk?

Such a clean kitchen and dining area. I'm envious because I am trying hard to get my cousin to keep our shared kitchen orderly. He has a short attention span, so he has trouble keeping counters clear of all kinds of things. He sets them down and they stay there for days. None of these objects are attractive: scraps of paper, used packages, keys with fuzzy cartoon fobs, cords, etc. Ack!!! Oh, thanks for your great advice.

Noe, I can understand the frustration. I got to be honest though that I clean up the kitchen for the videos more than I normally would :)

Good advice that adds to what I already knew about posture. I never heard of holding a cellphone up in front of my face when reading from the phone, but now that I know it makes sense that it is better than hunching over with the face down. I also got a big kick out of the dog and cat horning in on the video.

Yes, people always seem to like the animals more, lol.

Thank you very much for this, Dr. Sovey. Much appreciated.
Being a PC gamer, and also working on desktops a lot more often than anything else, I'd love to see a separate video just for that, going into a bit more detail, maybe even creative ideas, on how how to achieve the optimal height possible for the monitor, the desk, the chair, and so on; and how to balance the best left and right arm and forearm position possible, perhaps with different keyboard sizes, when using the keyboard and mouse while gaming. I have a feeling that a full length keyboard is just not good for PC gaming, but would like you to confirm or so, as part of such a video.
    Thank you again.

Thanks so much for the words.
I'd have to watch some other videos and see what's out there. I'm not sure I have much more to add to what likely already exists, but I'll take a look.

Love the part where we don't have to aim 100% but just gotta aim to be correct more percentage of the time and that would already be improvement.

Will, I think it is pretty important when you are at a desk, yes. Make sure your chair is not too high or low. That could make it uncomfortable.

If I may ask another question, I would like to know what you think about stability wobble air cushions. I was think about buying one but I'm not sure if it actually helps. Here's a picture if you don't know what I'm talking about: www.webtopper.net/_Images/nederland/824809-21244/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/98b7aba8a77920e6e09e9b130b06986f/b/a/2016_02_05_14_36_7_480395_balkussen-36-cm-medi_1.jpg

Great in concept. The question is, can you hold your core up straight enough with this to not develop a compensation? For instance, I've seen a lot of people start to sit twisted or off way on one butt-cheek if they aren't conscious of their posture..
