    This looks amazing and I'm a try it&yes the Morningstar bacon&sausage is the best. I definitely gotta get me some of that parmesan❤️🫂

    Re; konjac pasta. It adds more labor, but.... if you spread it out on a lightly oiled cookie sheet and bake it low (200ish) for an hour, it completely loses it's rubberiness. Three caveats, though. You lose a LOT of volume doing this, so I find it helps to start with considerably more noodles. Konjac noodles, being pure fiber, can be hard to digest, so, as you increase the amount you're consuming, it's important to ramp up the liquid you consume with them. Third, there's a possibility that baking these noodles might somehow make them more digestible. With your glucose monitor, though, you'll quickly know if this ends up being the case.

    Thanks so much for the recipe. I got those small 0 carb tortillas and use them. What do you recommend for a sauce for the pasta? I don't think I would eat it without a sauce. Thanks

    Nice video, I have diabetes and need some help getting started with better meals. I’d love to get that cook book right away when it comes out. Also why does some foods like beef jerky and eggs say give me diabetes or headaches could it be too much sodium and my body wants to dump it ..

    You need read the ingredients and know what they are putting in what your eating. Look at flavcity diabetic haul on RUclips.

    Definitely need to read the labels in the back. The phosphorus and potassium, salt, etc. Need to really be vigilant.

    Yes there buns are to. Gross i thought i was having really reflux. I stick with my carb tortilla. Are restaurant video made yet. My grandbabies are visiting soon my daughter like to go out to eat. I would hate to pass not go. 😊

    Yes I'm in HELL... to tell you the truth i blame myself but i blame the doctors..i think my nephrologist wants me on dialysis. My primary for not telling me when i did labs.. say hay this is lil on high side you need this this do that and that. Not when I'm stage 3 and drop to stage 4gfr 20. I am starving. I'm trying to order few item from Amazon.. where I'm at only Walmart
    No whole foods.
