Whidbey Island, (Washington State) is an amazing place to take your furry little friend(s). It's a very dog friendly island, with lots to do. There is a few places over night that are dog friendly. I found our place on Airbnb and absoustly enjoy our stay there. Lots of chickens and goose, our dog really enjoy watching all the birds. We went to Blue Fox Drive-In Theatre to watch the new movie Aliddin, and the next day we went to a few gardens and the first one we went to had a dog friendly cafe, with really good food.
