    Quite incredible to hear how he speaks with a Scottish English accent now after working so much with his co-conductor of Les Arts Florrisants, Paul Agnew

      I'd say William Christie speaks in a Mid-Atlantic light American accent. I don't detect Scottish myself. I believe he is French-American.

      @@clavichord i know he is french- american but the Scottish accent from Paul is absolutely there. compare this video with a video of him speaking english just 10 years ago to hear the difference

      @@Nooticus I don't hear any Scottish accent from William Christie and I actually live one hour from the border with Scotland
