    That furled leader for dry flies is the way to go. I absolutely love using it. And MRO also sells a monofilament furled leader which is great for nymphs and streamers. And what I think these have over other furled leaders that I’ve seen is the inclusion of a tippet ring already installed.

    Awesome explanation. Watch a lot of vids from NZ, and they always use poly leaders, thought it was their definition of mono vs flouro!

    Oh poop, I sent a letter the other day with a question instead of sending an email to admin. Sorry, dont worry about answering it, dont know why I thought thatde be a good ide. But the card had a bear on it and i know Brian likes Bears so hopefully its at least fun to look at 🤞👍

    The thing I hate about poly leaders is how they come with only about 6 in of mono on the tip. What are you supposed to do with that? It's BARELY big enough to tie on a tippet ring if you're careful. The best thing to do is just cut it off and attach your own with a nail knot. It just boggles my mind that they won't invest fractions of a penny to give you a foot of mono to work with. End of rant!
