That furled leader for dry flies is the way to go. I absolutely love using it. And MRO also sells a monofilament furled leader which is great for nymphs and streamers. And what I think these have over other furled leaders that I’ve seen is the inclusion of a tippet ring already installed.
Oh poop, I sent a letter the other day with a question instead of sending an email to admin. Sorry, dont worry about answering it, dont know why I thought thatde be a good ide. But the card had a bear on it and i know Brian likes Bears so hopefully its at least fun to look at 🤞👍
The thing I hate about poly leaders is how they come with only about 6 in of mono on the tip. What are you supposed to do with that? It's BARELY big enough to tie on a tippet ring if you're careful. The best thing to do is just cut it off and attach your own with a nail knot. It just boggles my mind that they won't invest fractions of a penny to give you a foot of mono to work with. End of rant!

Thanks for watching and for the support!
As always another great video! Great detail and explanation of what, when, and how to use the different style of leaders. Thanks MRO!
Thanks for watching.
Should probably email y'all, but going to ask here anyway.
Got a 7wt streamer x and looking for a sinking fly fly to go with it
@@jcambeis Yes, please send this via email to Brian directly and he’ll get back to you there. Thanks.
Awesome explanation. Watch a lot of vids from NZ, and they always use poly leaders, thought it was their definition of mono vs flouro!
Thanks for being here.

Thanks for the note. We'll tell Brian to be on the lookout. He does like Bears!!!
