- The prices of bike tires are too darn high! So I've decided to fight back with duct tape! With 13 rolls on each wheel, I head out to see how this new technology performs!

Great video-it amazes me though the ease you ride these difficult trails with a duct tape tire yet get psyched out on lesser obstacles on good tires. Crazy how the mind works sometimes

50mm backer rod closed cell foam - double-side sticky taped to the rim, then duct tape all around. Might help to reduce vibration. My preferred use for it is inside my tubeless mtb tires though...

I love when people find old bikes for like $20 then discover they have to pay $100 to get new tires and tubes for it!
You can get tires for around 25€

I have a experiment going were i put an old light xc tire inside my regular tire because my tire had a big hole in it and tubless didnt work . I just cuttet the bead of the xc tire and puted a tube in it but secured the tube with this tubless nut on the valve stem because the tube has a hole in it. it actually holds air in it. you can feel the weight when paddeling but there is no difference jumping and doing whips. I can recommend it for bikeparks as you wont have any flats with the hybrit tube -tubless home made double down system as you have the best of tubes and tubless
