Actually all the ‘indian food’ for example: daal, sabzi etc.. are also Pakistani food because they are made pre partition which means that they are also from Pakistan. But you can differentiate them if you go and research every food’s original birth place: for example vada pav from maharashtra INDIA.

It is difficult to say one cuisine is better than other but I will say this, Pakistani's version of zaffrani mutton Biriyani is better than Hyderabad (Indian) Zaffrani mutton Biriyani. I have had both and that is my opinion. Plus a lot of pakistani "veg" dishes tastes better sometimes because they use meat stock instead of water for dal for example.
Pakistani food is more meat focuse whereas indians focus more on veg food. In the northern areas you can find meat dishes such as charsi tikka which are nowhere to be found in India. Similarly pakistanis also have a variety of other dishes such as shinwari. In the south asian region no one does meat better than Pakistan. p.s for the indian saying that there is no such thing as Pakistani food, Pakistan as a region consists of multiple province which have existed for a very long time. furthermore the meat dishes of the sub continent come from the areas in Pakistan because they are muslim dominated and vegetarian dishes come from indian side of the sub-continent because they are more hindu dominated.

The thing is, India has a lot more diverse food than Pakistani food. No insult to Pakistani food, but their food is what we call Mughlai food, and yes, in this department, they honestly do it better. But India has so much more than just Mughlai food (Tikka, tandoori, biryani, etc.). We have South Indian food that is different from state to state, and there's no Pakistani equivalent for these. Ultimately I think it's even hard to call something "Indian food" because it's just so diverse. From Gujarati tepla, dhokla, to Marwari daal bhaati to Tamil and Udipi Masala dosa to Kerala Aapam stew to Hyderabadi Biryani (which is the most famous of biryanis) the list goes on and on.

It is difficult to say one cuisine is better than other but I will say this, Pakistani's version of zaffrani mutton Biriyani is better than Hyderabad (Indian) Zaffrani mutton Biriyani. Pakistani food is more meat focuse whereas indians focus more on veg food. In the northern areas you can find meat dishes such as charsi tikka which are nowhere to be found in India. Similarly pakistanis also have a variety of other dishes such as shinwari. I was in UK for 3 years. Most of pakistani, sri lankan, bangladeshi and even nepalese also introduce themselves as Indian! I’ve seen many Pakistani and Bangladeshi people running restaurants in the name of Indian food!! It’s difficult for GORA people to differentiate between indian-pak-bangla-lanka- nepalese but indian guy will definitely tell the nationality within few mins.. you can hate india as much as you want, but for survival, you’re using india’s name

@@sarimatif028 Mughal influence is mostly in central India, Indian food and particularly architecture does include mughals but its so much bigger than that. Mughals are just a small part of it. You are being biased as a muslim. Indian subcontinent was super prosperous before because of naturally rich resources and there were dynasties ruling for thousands of years before mughals set foot. All of them contributing to the culture. British culture is arguably more influential than mughals here but I don't see you mentioning that? Hindu culture( Indigenous culture of the subcontinent) dominates here and you know that. But you are partial. And that's because you are seeing this is as hindu vs muslim. Stop dividing people by nationality or religion, see the bigger picture.

The thing is, India has a lot more diverse food than Pakistani food. No insult to Pakistani food, but their food is what we call Mughlai food, and yes, in this department, they honestly do it better.
But India has so much more than just Mughlai food (Tikka, tandoori, biryani, etc.). We have South Indian food that is different from state to state, and there's no Pakistani equivalent for these.
Ultimately I think it's even hard to call something "Indian food" because it's just so diverse. From Gujarati tepla, dhokla, to Marwari daal bhaati to Tamil and Udipi Masala dosa to Kerala Aapam stew to Hyderabadi Biryani (which is the most famous of biryanis) the list goes on and on.
We will unite oneday india and pakistan is one ❤❤❤
