The Crew Motorfest is an upcoming racing video game developed by Ubisoft Ivory Tower and published by Ubisoft for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. It will be the sequel to 2018's The Crew 2 and the third game in The Crew series, scheduled to release on September 14, 2023. As with its predecessors, the game is set in an open world environment; however, unlike the predecessors which were set in the Contiguous United States, Motorfest would be set in a scaled-down version of the Hawaiian island of Oʻahu.
The Crew 2 is a 2018 open world racing video game developed by Ubisoft Ivory Tower and published by Ubisoft for PlayStation 4, Windows, Xbox One, and Google Stadia. It is the sequel to 2014's The Crew. It features a persistent open world environment for free-roaming across a scaled-down recreation of the Contiguous United States. The game allows players to control a variety of vehicles including cars, motorcycles, boats, and airplanes.
A sequel, The Crew Motorfest, is scheduled to release on September 14, 2023, with the Oʻahu island in Hawaii as a new location.

@@davidmorales7933I would say motorfest personally as there are many improvements over the second game, but I did really like the massive us map in the crew 2 - the graphics look way better in motorfest though plus the grand race looks so fun

The level of detail is amazing even the parasols have cloth physics when they get destroyed!

As now it seems traffic, pedestrians and other crashable things could be already reduced... or removed.

@@SCORP1ONF1RE you told me this twice buddy. Let it be Motorfest but as of now I'm playing Ghost Recon Breakpoint because the New Zealand map is very huge with different islands and better graphics. At least ubisoft did that right for a decent map size in a war shooting game.
@@SCORP1ONF1RE so true... the map is a joke imo, when you love the big roadtrips from Part two, wich i do... no animals and people as you say. Seams just weird with nobody walking around. No bike Animation for Breaks, shifts and clutch like in part two... but the map size is the biggest fail. I think its the reason why you cant completly zoom out, cause than you could see how tiny it is
Crew 2 gives off more street racing vibes, crew motorsport gives off forza vibes like more simulation in crew mortorsport

Y'all say this everytime the same company makes a new game. Back then when TC2 was new, you were like "this is the best game ever" TC2 is still a good game. Ofc i don't like how the handling has become but nontheless still beautiful, a big map with tons of more places to drive around. You'all will probably say the same shit about motorfest if they ever create another (better) game
@@redtail1. the crew 2 never had good graphics. by the time it came, nfs 2015, forza horizon 3 smoked it in terms of graphics. it just had a big map with no details. game was good though.
@@redtail1.ye thats how it is and how it should be as every game imporves and should improve to a point where it makes people realize the older version was bad, thats normal.

Nowadays everyone including the developpers want to make every game look like real life which pretty much doesn't make them unique at all. Back then even without these graphics, games were enjoyable to play. Again the crew 2's graphics are good. Its cartoon like
The lighting is crazy
Good enough to not need any fancy raytracing honestly, they did a good job. Though I think they could have done a better job with shadows on vegetation, still get crew 2 vibes when off road.
There are literally no pedestrians in the Crew 3 hope they will add them in the Final version 😮

@@Jwalk0732 Developer still have to animate the pedestrian. Though being Ubisoft, they would just reuse walking animations from The Crew 2.
Ubisoft is lazy as always, even Watch_Dogs: Legion reuses all it's animations from WD1 and WD2.
Well, yeah they probably already did it, just let it be off in the beta environment.
Motorfest looks great, although I still think The Crew 2 looks better when you go offroad and there's mud and sand flicking up onto the screen

they really messed up the sound of the coyote engine in motorfest. TC2 actually sounded like the real thing

I don't know why the head/tail lights are always on even during the day in motorfest and also why the brake lights turn off while revving in neutral even tho you are still holding the brakes

yep, that’s basically how it is, cars actually feel like they have weight in motorfest compared to tc2

I fee things I think motorfest still should have improved on is smoke particles and dust, I still feel like they are not much better than the crew 2, and the crew 2 particles were no better than a game from 2006.
Crew Motorfest is My first racing game outside of NFS in the PS4/PS5 era, absolutely great game with many different race types and challenges. Graphics look stunning on My C1. This is definitely more fun than Forza. The driving is so smooth.
The crew 2 is the crew that I'll always love it was my first crew but bro i just bought motorfest from sale and bro the graphics are so damn beautiful and good
And also im happy that i was able to transfer my collection to the crew motorfest to keep it growing more the crew motorfest is better imo but the map in the crew 2 is unforgettable

where are the pedestrians at motorfest?
I have been one of the people that kept saying to my friends ever since the crew 2 launched that the crew 1 was miles better in everything it did they may have added plane racing and boat racing but the crew was never about that, they sacrificed so much just to have boats and planes in the game and watt they got back was a mediocre experience at best. also the crew 1 had better higher quality polygonal models for the cars then the crew 2 ever did, the world textures for the crew 2 come out of a ps2 era, and mountains look really awful and while i was playing the crew 2 without a radio on many of the times i thought to myself "theres no bloody sound effects, and even the tire screeching sound effect you have in the game for the crew 2 sound god awful" i quit the game forever when i purchased it full price on day 1 recently went back to the crew 2 to get my free cars in the crew motorfest ready, and this is very simple because the game is broken right now, i went from icon 25 to icon 9,753 in 1 day using a glitch and now im grinding money in missions to buy as many cars as i can so i can transfer them for the most important game ivory tower has ever made, the crew motorfest. As a matter of fact i feel sorry for the poor sods that where grinding all this time in a sub par mediocre game only to achieve icon 3,000 or icon 4,459 and here i come back a pleb that hasnt played this game in years and with a glitch instantly 9,753 level the game just like its lack of sound effects is a joke and it will always be a joke after i came back literally nothing has changed, at least the crew 1 had the decency to hae the wild run update which updated the graphics into xbox one and ps4 territory.
Now with the release of the crew motorfest we can have boats and planes without sacrificing the core elements that made the crew 1 so special, Forza watt?? need for speed get in the bin, sorry project cars you're no longer the best sounding game out there, the only game in existance that can rival this is Test drive unlimited solar crown.

@@duarbmaedh9977 doing a created race that is less then 1 second long and then when you finish you get over 1 billion skill points you put it all in followers not in bucks because those skill points are fake, so when you have +60,000 % more follwers or some ludicrous high ammount get into a monster truck and start doing stunts your followers will go up and you can level up really easily just look it up on youtube xp glitch for the crew 2

Forza Horizon 5 mit XBO X ist definitiv kein Highlight . FH 4 und FH 3 sind spielerisch und grafisch um Welten besser . Motorfest ist spielerisch / Spass deutlich besser als das langweilige Forza Horizon 5 . Ich werde Motorfest kaufen . Ich hoffe FH6 spielt in Japan und hat Ideen als das ewig Langweilige , weil es total ausgelegt ist auf ab 6 jährige mit Glücksrad , Looping aus FH 3 und keinen Neuerungen im Singleplayer Modus .

I doubt they will do North America again, they've done it twice already. Likely a continent we haven't visited yet, like Asia or Africa. Propably not Japan, Japan historically does not like developers setting their games in their country.

@@s1lverhand_ I guess what I should have said is that Japan does not like foreign developers setting games in their country. Most of those developers are Japanese. Ghost of Tsushima is set in the past, so it didn't have to use any real cities or landmarks which is probably how they got away with it.

I expected more from the crew motorfest, like when he went over the sunflowers it looked so old and stupid and the physics seem not on point, but i cant say i dont like it. Maybe there will be some updates improving the game and the overall physics.

@@gavinwilliams6000 You can drive a lambo in the rainforest like any other car and even off road vehicles, but guess what, nobody is gonna do that for a multitude of reasons, this game is practically the same, an off road vehicle is faster even tho you can take a lambo through a rainforest.
@@raionshishi8290yeah it’s pretty much impossible to climb hills in a sports car but way easier in a buggy or off-road vehicle and of course fast cars go best on the open roads
