Motorfest has been out for a while with a much larger studio working on it to fix bugs and such, these guys were kinda forced to launch a bit early IMO with Forza set to come out for End of Year and GTA coming out next year, I reckon if they didn't have that it'd be delayed a bit longer but their hand feels like it's been forced to a degree. I wouldn't say it's an 'early' demo, the private betas have been going since last year - with that said I doubt this is the latest version but is probably the closest thing to a stable build which is the first to be publicly available. I was hoping it would be more polished being this close to launch but I've seen some studios make massive changes between demo and launch even with short time frames, so I hope these guys can do the same. They seem dedicated to making the launch as good as possible which seems promising.
the brakes only get hot when braking a lot of weight for a long time, for long braking you need to brake from a high speed, and not like in the video. So here the TDU is not very realistic. And not all brakes get hot, some need too much load

You should’ve compared steering wheel rotation and paddle shifter movement because in motorfest the paddles actually move when you shift which is very rare to see in open world racing games. I feel those two details are small but very appreciated

Despite it is too early to compare these two games, the one thing about The Crew I hate is you can steer the car while in air when it jumps. This is a HUGE stupidity.
This happens when you move faster than your Harddrive could load model and texture area data into the Ram. That's why SSDs are essential for today's Games. Just as Games grow bigger and bigger, the Data packages for Game files to load into the System increase likewise. nerdmode off.

TDUSC sounds and physics absolutely manhandles TCM. PS: AND ITS NOT EVEN FINISHED OMG, it's being developed by a lil AA team. I didn't had faith in it till lately seeing how it turned out. Still not convinced by China map, but beats Hawaii by far!
I see TDSC as an old game, since i've played TDU2 as a 10 year old. It really reminds me of TDU2, and kind of gives me nostalgia (car dealers, casino, garages, etc. ) honestly, thats a W for me personally. Yes TCM might be better when compared, but overall, The feeling is what makes TDSC win for me.
I hate to say it, but I got bored so fast with TCM. I feel like that series was directly inspired by the TDU franchise, yet it never managed to capture the unique charm that TDU 1 & 2 had. As long as Solar Crown is able to capture that vibe, even with a certain degree of unpolish at launch, I know I will still enjoy it.

TDU was overhyped so much, probably more than any other eacing game i've seen yet, feel sad than the Demo had a lot of technical problems that limited the joy of playing, i have some faith on hmthe devs to improve, but with the game coming out in 3 months, im worried as well

I'm really hoping TDU has better steering wheel setup/settings. I cannot for the life of me figure out settings that feel good on my Logitech G923 in motorfest which is a huge bummer to me. So many driving games are plug and play with that wheel. With a smaller development team that might be a stretch but if the handling feels good on a wheel that's huge for me. If anybody has any settings suggestions for motorfest I would appreciate that.

Eden Games worked on developing TDU as a product for Atari, the publisher who gave them rights, Atari sold the rights so Nacon, as the owner of TDU as a whole has rights to re-release tdu/tdu2 or use whatever part of those games in another game. Looking at how small their studio is, I think its still better than seeing all those UE5 scams with pre-purchased assets which run like crap.

TD1 und TD2 / XB360 hätte man auch grafisch polieren können für meine XBS S + meine XBS X , dann wäre ich zufrieden gewesen . TD3 ist nicht das einzige Arcade Rennspiel für XB & Co.

スピードトリップなどのマップ上のレース内容・レース後の3位までの車とアバターの演出・クルーコインと同じようなコインの存在・車両カスタマイズの中身・マップに点在する車両パーツ探しなど今判明しているだけでもほぼザ・クルーでそこに少しフォルツァホライゾン要素があるだけのゲームと変わらないですね。
私たちは別の会社が作ったザ・クルーのようなゲームをやりたかったのではなくて、テストドライブが現代でどれだけ進化したかを体験したかっただけなのに残念です。

I had no problems with my computer during the Solar Crown Demo, I could play on high settings and everything ran smoothly
You can find NPCs in motorfest at the festival or some races activation point. In motorfest brakes do overheat. Probably you were going too slow.
