With the inexperienced US Infantry squads you mentioned 6 shots on sixes should be a pin, but you forgot to mention that at those numbers with the US rule its actually 8 shots for only 42 total points. Interesting idea with the US squads, time will tell if that is worth it.

I ran double rifle platoons inex 6 man infantry with rifles for USA the other day (just a plat. com. and 12 men in each). They were stellar in the sense that in cover and constantly going down, they just gave my opponent something to waste bullets on. 2 of the 4 units were alive by the end. Hard cover and down is enough to make inex riflemen perform above their points. They throw out some pins and create some problems. My 2 armoured platoons quite possibly did more of the work overall 😂
Bo, I will field German Cavallery today, and I was Reading the Recce Rules (Page 150), but I can't understand: Page 119 Cav Rules: Cav, can make a Recce move (at normal speed, not double speed). Page 150, Recce Rules: ...a recce vehicle can Reverse at full ADVANCE rate. An escape reaction is a normal move at ADVANCE or RUN speed.

I think the light Semovente can take command vehicle and replace its light antitank gun with an mmg for -30 points or something like that

@@dariostabletopminatures cav is not vehicles. Their rules are similar but not the same. An escape move for cav is a normal 9 inch move
