My pedal was pretty noisy when I would put the mix up even a little bit. Buzzing. I liked the freeze thing but besides that I didn't fall in love with it like I was hoping. returned it. Oh well.
I have same problem. on the live perfomances it's ok cause sound engeneers cuting high eq. but on recording and repetitons this noise makes a problem. maybe someone knows how to fix that?
I really like this pedal, just got the dark star, it was a toss up which one- guess I’ll have to have both- this one would be a great song writing tool also- great demo
It's a beautiful sounding pedal, I find it a little hard to keep restrained though. That said, I really love using the tape mode with mild settings for fingerpicking on the strat. I highly recommend getting one if you're into using pedals as outboard for mixing, that's where I'll likely get most of the use out of mine
Set it to PASs and zero rate and depth- good starting point - and experiment from there is what I like - I run mine into strymon volante then old tube driver in front of both- it’s pretty amazing
