- Once a vibrant hotel famous for its local dances, it appears that the Seafield Hotel, Sligo is being converted into a Plantation centre for people who self- identity as asylum-seekers.

That work on that hotel was done in the early 2000s them plans came to a halt for reasons I don’t know about, them trucks belong to another local man that has been parking them there for years. If any work was being done on this hotel it wouldn’t be missed by the locals as everyone knows everyone and no one misses anything that goes on.

Them trucks are still being used daily. He’s just using it as a parking facility, I never said that the trucks were parked permanently. I’m just trying to stop people picking up the wrong idea. Anyone in the local area will tell you the same. You almost seem proud of the fact you’re sharing misleading information. Also anyone in the local area will tell you that so called “fresh” plaster and “new” windows were part of works that was carried out in the early 2000’s.
