It's nothing to do with xenophobia. Kenya is the most welcoming country in the whole continent and you know it, the Sudanese know it, Nigerians, Somalis... all know it and are very welcome. Sudanese are welcome to stay and help themselves or seek our help were we may be capable. Kenya has proven that. though we get little or no credit for it. What we are simply saying is, don't take our kindness for foolishness or weakness. Acknowledge the very little we have to offer and then leave us alone. Don't fill your stomachs and then start vomiting on us and walking around bad mouthing our people & pretending to be the OG in our territory. Be a good mannered guest and we are fine. Simply don't emulate colonial attitudes and behaviours (the same stupid things Europeans would come here and do or say). If you want heaven, go build your own in your country. Hope you understand

You are the generation of South Sudan that you have to change the perceptions that people have about South Sudan now that you have had the privileged of living outside South Sudan because it's those that have lived outside South Sudan or those born in Kenya that you can freely mingle interact and make a fuss at every opportunity. But those who were both in South Sudan, not much educated, have never interacted with other nationalities tend to be antagonistic. We have had cases of other Africans being killed for dating a South Sudanese girl in juba, they won't tolerate you dating their girl, we have had other nationalities being discriminated in several ways, from unnecessary arrested, murders, dispossession of properties and they will rub it on your face that if you didn't come to our country you wouldn't have experienced this. You might not have experienced this because your exposure doesn't allow you to be perpetrators, secondly it's your home so you can't be subjected to such but foreigners through alot in the hands of your people who never left South Sudan and their life has always been war. So be that golden generation that get rid of such perceptions but educating those that are still holding onto the effects of war, encourage more of them to go to school, be patriotic and build a positive image for their lovely country of South Sudan. Finally when in Kenya don't build walls secluding yourselves of the locals, open your gates and freely interact and integrate into the society, this will help break the stereotypes and you will love it over here. All in all welcome to Kenya and make it your second home. And if it happens that you find someone to settle down with in Kenya, don't hold back. We badly need that melanin in our genes.

The hosts said tell us one or two things. Well I am happy to do so.
First, us called Dinka don't refer to ourselves as Dinka. We call ourselves Monyjang meaning Men of Men, Lords of Men or Masters of Humanity.
And we are not Africans, we don't subscribe ourselves to that identity. We the Hebrews of the Old Testament. We are descendants of the 12 tribes of Israel. And secondly, our brethren (brothers) the so called Nuer (Naath) tribe are Hebrews.
Our religious and culture customs are like as the ancient Israelites.
Two British anthropologists wrote books about us:
Godfrey Lienhardt: Divinity and Experience the Religion of the Dinka
And Evans Pritchard: Nuer Religion. Evans after he had studied our (Manyjang and Naath) religious and cultural customs concluded that:
I am, of course, well aware that Nuer religion is very unlike what we know in general about Negro religions. One cannot even say that it is a typical Nilotic religion. It is certainly very unlike the religion of the Anuak, of the Luo of Kenya, of the Acholi, of the Alur, or of the Shilluk. Indeed, only the religion of the Dinka can be said to have strongly marked affinities with it, and it can be further said that in some respects the religions of these two peoples resemble less other Negro religions than some of the historic religions. They have features which bring to mind the Hebrews of the Old Testament. Professor C. G. Seligman clearly sensed this, as his account of the Dinka and Nuer shows; and Miss Ray Huffman, an American Presbyterian missionary who spent many years among the Nuer, remarks that 'the missionary feels as if he were living in Old Testament times, and in a way this is true (p vii).
I am here to awaken the chosen people of God the Hebrews, so called Dinka and Nuer. These two peoples are not Nilotes but Hebrews. Check out Isaiah 18, Isaiah 11:11, and Zephaniah 3:10. We Monyjang and Naath are not Hamites as the devil want us to believe. We are Israelites, the chosen of Nhialic (God) peace and blessings to us. WAKE UP JACOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think you it’s you that’s needs to learn something.
