Galz, this platform u people have created is awesome and very meaningful in nature, it's appreciated. Coming to the 1st topic on marriages and why South Sudanese hardly marry outside of their communities or even tribes is to 1stly protect their daughter or son to fall into future heartbreaks. Remember, it's a serious taboo in our (South Sudanese) various to have your daughter or son divorced in a marriage. That's what and why our cultures are up to present days still strict on who their daughter or son marries. On ages, that depends on those involved in a relationship, age doesn't really matter in love and unless otherwise.

Am a Kenyan and like your program.
I too accept that most of you don't easily mingle with pple from other countries.
I advise you sisters from Southern Sudan to include your friends from other countries like Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania etcetera in this video program in future to make it look accommodative among East Africa.

Cool one...I lived around southern bypass precisely at Kikuyu...the Sudanese population in Kikuyu ,kidfarmaco estate is huge and I worked at a s/mkt...I had lots of SS friends.. there's this Sudanese gal that was into me the problem was time ,like I literally worked for 12hours 6 days a week and on i'other hand she wasn't working, so most times she was free and would text alot when I got home from work ,,it made her appear intense..we actually never went on a date...
But one thing is certain SS gals are kinda hot,beautiful...I wouldn't mind

I used to work in Kakuma at some point and to be sincere those guys from south Sudan used to just fight amongst themselves to an extent that they would inflict themselves with serious injuries.

It's not exactly a bad thing if people prefer their own nationality. It's more of hypocrisy being shortsighted if they're not consistent and make sweeping judgements not based in facts. This happens all across Africa sadly.

Actually arranged marriage issues are way more serious in traditions and norms, specially in South Sudan. Come on!! imagine if u can't marry the guy u love thuo he is from ur own tribe, how crazy would it sound for a ssudanese family to here their bby daughter wants to marry a Chinese or an Indian guy aaah ya jek

Do arranged marriages work well or is it that the women lack options.
